There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 300 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Для того, чтобы участвовать в соревнованиях, выполните следующие действия:
- Зарегистрируйтесь или войдите на сайт WCA
- Зарегистрируйтесь на соревнования
- Оплатите своё участие
- Дождитесь письма о том, что ваша регистрация подтверждена и своего появления в списке участников
Пожалуйста, выполните эти действия по порядку. Оплата регистрационного взноса без регистрации на чемпионат не даёт вам права участия.
Базовый регистрационный взнос в 300 ₽ позволяет вам участвовать в любом количестве дисциплин. Возврат взносов в случае отказа от участия осуществляться не будет. Вы можете изменить список своих дисциплин до окончания основного периода регистрации.
Если Ваше имя не появляется в списке участников в течение 2-3 дней с момента оплаты, пожалуйста, проверьте следующее:
- Проверьте, что Вы действительно зарегистрировались на чемпионат. Для этого перейдите по этой ссылке.
- Проверьте, что Вы ввели имя в соответствии с инструкциями.
- Если Вы участвуете НЕ в первый раз, то убедитесь, что у Вас привязан WCA ID. Для этого можно перейти сюда. Если Вас встречает поле поиска, то значит, что Вы не привязали WCA ID.
- Если все вышеперечисленное выполнено - проверьте Вашу почту (в т.ч. папку «Спам»). Возможно, там есть письмо от организаторов или Делегата. Если писем нет - напишите на почту akatyukov@worldcubeassociation.org.
Все участники получат подарок от спонсора соревнований.
To participate in the competition, you must do the following:
- Sign up or sign in at WCA website
- Register for competition
- Pay the registration fee
- Wait e-mail message with confirmation. After it you will appear in competitors list
Please do this actions one by one. If you pay registaration fee without registration, you will not allowed to compete.
Base registration fee 300 ₽ allows you to compete in any events. There will no any refunds. You can edit your events list till the end of base registration period.
If you don't appear in the competitors list within 2-3 days after payment, please check the following:
- Check that you have actually registered for the competition - https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions/SamaraSpeedcubingFest2019/register.
- If you have already participated in WCA competitions, please check that you've claimed your WCA ID. Follow this link to check it.
- Please check that you've entered your name correctly.
- If you've checked all this already, please check your email Inbox (and Spam) - maybe there is a message from the organizers or Delegate. If you didn't receive any messages - please contact akatyukov@worldcubeassociation.org.

Please write down your full name in English. You can use your native language if you want. For example, 'Baiqiang Dong' or 'Baiqiang Dong (董百强)'. The best way is to copy information from your ID / passport.

Когда приходить на соревнования? / When I need to come?
Ознакомьтесь с расписанием (оно размещено во вкладке «Расписание»). Обратите внимание на следующее:
- часы работы стойки регистрации: вы должны получить бейдж участника и придти во время её работы
- ваши дисциплины: стоит придти не позже чем за 15 минут до начала первого раунда вашей первой дисциплины
- инструктаж: если вы новичок (или просто давно не соревновались), убедительно просим вас его не пропускать
Be familar with schedule (see Schedule tab). Please note the following:
- check-in desk work times: you should take your name tag (badge) before compete
- your events: you should be at the venue 15 minutes prior start first round of your first event
- tutorial: if you are newcomer (or not compete for a long time), we ask you not to miss it

Во время соревнований результаты будут доступны в WCA Live по следующей ссылке. Результаты будут доступны сразу после ввода (в среднем все результаты бывают введены через ~20 минут после окончания всех групп раунда). Участники, помеченные зелёным цветом проходят в следующий раунд / попадают на подиум.
После соревнований, как только результаты будут перепроверены и утверждены, они будут доступны на странице соревнований на сайте WCA.
At competition you can use WCA Live (this link) to access the results. Results will be aviliable after input (usually ~20 min after last group of the round). If your name mark with the green light, you can take part in next round or you are in top-3.
After competition when results are double-checked, the results will be aviliable at WCA Website competition page.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
