The base registration fee for this competition is 350 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Для того, чтобы участвовать в соревнованиях, выполните следующие действия:

- Зарегистрируйтесь на соревнования
- Оплатите своё участие
- Дождитесь письма о том, что ваша регистрация подтверждена и своего появления в списке участников
Пожалуйста, выполните эти действия по порядку. Оплата регистрационного взноса без регистрации на чемпионат не даёт вам права участия.
Базовый регистрационный взнос в 350 ₽ позволяет вам участвовать в любых 3 дисциплинах. Каждая следующая дисциплина стоит 10 ₽ сверху базового регистрационного взноса. Почитать подробнее можно на вкладке «Оплата и возврат».
Если Ваше имя не появляется в списке участников в течение 2-3 дней с момента оплаты, пожалуйста, проверьте следующее:
- Проверьте, что Вы действительно зарегистрировались на чемпионат. Для этого перейдите по этой ссылке.
- Проверьте, что Вы ввели имя в соответствии с инструкциями.
- Если Вы участвуете НЕ в первый раз, то убедитесь, что у Вас привязан WCA ID. Для этого можно перейти сюда. Если Вас встречает поле поиска, то значит, что Вы не привязали WCA ID.
- Если все вышеперечисленное выполнено - проверьте Вашу почту (в т.ч. папку «Спам»). Возможно, там есть письмо от организаторов или Делегата. Если писем нет - напишите на почту akatyukov@worldcubeassociation.org.
To participate in the competition, you must do the following:
- Sign up or sign in at WCA website
- Register for competition
- Pay the registration fee
- Wait e-mail message with confirmation. After it you will appear in competitors list
Please do this actions one by one. If you pay registration fee without registration, you will not allowed to compete.
Base registration fee (350 ₽) allows you to take part in 3 events. Next each event costs 10 ₽ additionally to base registration fee. You can learn more in Payment & Refunds tab.
If you don't appear in the competitors list within 2-3 days after payment, please check the following:
- Check that you have actually registered for the competition - https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions/SPBMuffin2020/register.
- If you have already participated in WCA competitions, please check that you've claimed your WCA ID. Follow this link to check it.
- Please check that you've entered your name correctly.
- If you've checked all this already, please check your email Inbox (and Spam) - maybe there is a message from the organizers or Delegate. If you didn't receive any messages - please contact akatyukov@worldcubeassociation.org.

350 рублей за три дисциплины + 10 рублей за каждую следующую дисциплину.

В случае полной отмены регистрации до 1 марта 2020 года, 00:00 МСК, вам будет возвращено 80% от взноса.
Вы можете изменить список своих дисциплин до 1 марта 2020 года, 00:00 МСК. Для этого нужно написать команде организаторов (muffincompetition@gmail.com). В случае, если новое количество дисциплин будет больше, чем старое, разницу придётся доплатить. Если новое количество дисциплин будет меньше, чем старое, разница возвращена не будет.
После 1 марта 2020 года, 00:00 МСК добавить дисциплины будет нельзя. Если вы передумали участвовать в какой-либо дисциплине после этой даты, вы можете просто не приходить на неё.
The entry fee consists of basic fee (350 RUB, ~5.5 USD) for any 3 events and additional per-event fee (10 RUB, ~0.15 USD) for more than 3 events. Below you can see a number of events and the corresponding price:

If you cancel your registration till 1st of March 2020, 00:00 UTC+3, you will have 80% refund.
You can edit your events till 1st of March 2020, 00:00 UTC+3. Please, contact organizing team for that (muffincompetition@gmail.com). If new number of events will be more than the old, you will need to pay the difference. If new number of events will be less than the old, difference will not be refunded.
After 1st of March 2020, 00:00 UTC+3 we will not add new events. If you want to cancel some event after this deadline, you can just no show-up when we call you.

Во время соревнований результаты будут доступны в WCA Live по следующей ссылке. Результаты будут доступны сразу после ввода (в среднем все результаты бывают введены через 20-40 минут после окончания всех групп раунда). Участники, помеченные зелёным цветом проходят в следующий раунд / попадают на подиум.
После соревнований, как только результаты будут перепроверены и утверждены, они будут доступны на странице соревнований на сайте WCA.
At competition you can use WCA Live (this link) to access the results. Results will be aviliable after input (usually 20-40 min after last group of the round). If your name mark with the green light, you can take part in next round or you are in top-3.
After competition when results are double-checked, the results will be aviliable at WCA Website competition page.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
