Læs coronaforholdsreglerne her.

Alle deltagere skal have læst WCA regelsættet.

Du kan tilmelde dig her.

Read the COVID precautions here.

All competitors must have read the WCA Regulations.
We will have a quick run down Sunday morning before the competition starts, and explain how to compete and judge. If you are competing before Sunday, and are a new competitor, get ahold of one of the organisers to get an introduction or if you have any questions.

You must be registered for this competition online in order to compete! You can register here. Your registration is complete, when you see your name among the other competitors (here). If there are many people who wish to participate, the last people who register might end up on a waiting list. So having registered is not a guarantee that you will be able to participate in the competition.

New competitors must bring a valid proof of identity to confirm their identity at the competition. A passport is a good example since it shows your date of birth, and country of representation.

You are expected to help during the competition. For each event you participate in, you will need to judge at least one other group in the same event. If you see an empty spot for a judge at a solving station, please take it! This helps the competition run a lot smoother!

Every time there is blindfolded event, there has to be complete silence! It requires a lot of concentration, so please refrain from talking or making noise. If you need to talk or make noise, please leave the venue room where people are solving to do so.

No flash photography in the entire venue! Flash is distracting to the competitors. However pictures without the use of flash are allowed.

You are allowed to film your official attempt, as long as the camera's screen is either off or is not visible to you.

All spectators must remain at least 1.5 meters away from all solving stations.

You are not allowed to talk about the scrambles until the round is over! Otherwise, you might get disqualified.

You only need to be present, when you have to compete in the events you are registered for! We do however urge people to stay also for the other events, and help out with running and judging. We recommend that you are present half an hour to an hour before your first event, since the schedule might change.

When we approach the competition date, you will receive an email. It will contain information about last minute changes and will also contain more up to date information which you might need.

Du bedes læse den her: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/documents/policies/external/Competition%20Safety.pdf

It is a requirement to bring a valid COVID passport for the competition if you are 15 years or older.
When you are not taking part in the competition, and are not sitting down, you have to wear a face mask as per the current COVID restrictions.

If you experience symptoms before the competition, please do not attend! If you show up to the competition with obvious symptoms, we will ask you to leave the room. If you show symptoms within 14 days after the competition, please contact the organizers! We will then send an email out to all the competitors, as a warning that a competitor has shown symptoms (without mentioning you). We do not take any responsibility for any potential illness you may have contracted as a result of your participation in the competition.

We will follow the majority of what is listed in the WCA’s Safety Policy. Please read the link below: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/documents/policies/external/Competition%20Safety.pdf

The most important points from the policy and other points can be seen below.

Every competitor should try to keep a distance of 1 meter to the other participants during the entire competition. The only exception is when you’re a judge, where you should still try to keep distance as much as possible.

Please watch this video, where you can see the procedure we will follow when competing. Enable the English captions.

When you are competing in an event you will be sitting at the table, from when your group has been called until you have finished all your attempts in the round.

At the competition, hand sanitizer will be available in different places which competitors and guests should use often.

If you’re a scrambler, you must sanitize your hands before the group starts and after the group has finished.

All competitors must have citizenship of the country they are representing when competing. This means that if you are a Danish citizen you will represent Denmark as a competitor. If you have citizenship of another country you will compete under that country. If you have dual citizenship you may choose which country to represent of those you are a citizen of.
If you have obtained citizenship of another country you may have this updated at your first WCA competition in the year. Contact the Delegate to do this. If you have never held citizenship of the country you are representing on the WCA, or you no longer hold citizenship of the country, you must contact the Delegate of the competition to have this updated.

Regardless of the country you represent you are more than welcome to register for the competition! All WCA competitions are open for all nations.

DSF Generalforsamlingen 2022 Live resultater

You will be able to find the live results on WCA Live when the competition start. We always try to get the results up as fast as possible, but we priorities making sure the competition runs smoothly and according to the schedule.

There will be needed a lot of volunteers, especially for all of the proceeding rounds!

All of the competitors will be seated with the station during the duration of their average in a round. Therefore it is important that there is an available to all of the competitors in the group. If you see a competitor without a judge, then please sit down and judge.

Notice that in front of the group number where you are competing a 'S' is wrtten followed by a number. That number is the station where you have to solve.

Remember when you are signing for an attempt (scrambling, judging or competiting) to use your registration ID. You can find that in the link above.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
