There is a competitor limit of 70 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 600 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Для того, чтобы участвовать в соревнованиях, выполните следующие действия:
- Зарегистрируйтесь или войдите на сайт WCA
- Зарегистрируйтесь на соревнования
- Оплатите своё участие
- Дождитесь письма о том, что ваша регистрация подтверждена и своего появления в списке участников
Пожалуйста, выполните эти действия по порядку. Оплата регистрационного взноса без регистрации на чемпионат не даёт вам права участия.
Стоимость участия не зависит от количества выбранных дисциплин и составляет фиксированные 600 рублей
Если Ваше имя не появляется в списке участников в течение 2-3 дней с момента оплаты, пожалуйста, проверьте следующее:
- Проверьте, что Вы действительно зарегистрировались на чемпионат. Для этого перейдите по этой ссылке.
- Проверьте, что Вы ввели имя в соответствии с инструкциями.
- Если Вы участвуете НЕ в первый раз, то убедитесь, что у Вас привязан WCA ID. Для этого можно перейти сюда. Если Вас встречает поле поиска, то значит, что Вы не привязали WCA ID.
- Если все вышеперечисленное выполнено - проверьте Вашу почту (в т.ч. папку «Спам»). Возможно, там есть письмо от организаторов или Делегата. Если писем нет - напишите на почту nmasson@worldcubeassociation.org.
Вы можете изменить список своих дисциплин до 20 июля 2021 года, 00:00 МСК. Для этого нужно написать команде организаторов (muffincompetition@gmail.com).
О лимите числа участников и списке ожидания
Если лимит участников будет достигнут, то Вы все еще можете зарегистрироваться, но ваша заявка попадет в список ожидания.
Если один из участников отменит регистрацию до 0:00 31.07.2021, то мы свяжемся с Вами, чтобы Вы смогли оплатить участие и занять освободившееся место.
To participate in the competition, you must do the following:
- Sign up or sign in at WCA website
- Register for competition
- Pay the registration fee
- Wait e-mail message with confirmation. After it you will appear in competitors list
Please do this actions one by one. If you pay registration fee without registration, you will not allowed to compete.
The entry fee is 600 RUB
If you don't appear in the competitors list within 2-3 days after payment, please check the following:
- Check that you have actually registered for the competition - https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions/SPBMuffinSummer2021/register.
- If you have already participated in WCA competitions, please check that you've claimed your WCA ID. Follow this link to check it.
- Please check that you've entered your name correctly.
- If you've checked all this already, please check your email Inbox (and Spam) - maybe there is a message from the organizers or Delegate. If you didn't receive any messages - please contact nmasson@worldcubeassociation.org.
You can edit your events till July 20th, 00:00 UTC+3. Please, contact organizing team for that (muffincompetition@gmail.com).
Competitor Limit and Waiting List
If you register after the competitor limit is reached, your registration will be put in a waiting list. If someone cancels their registration so that you can get a spot we will contact you as soon as possible so you are able to pay the registration fee and be put to the competitor list.

Соревнования проходят при поддержке Дома молодежи "Цаскосельский". This competition is sponsored by Youth houses "Tsaskoselsky".

Во время соревнований результаты будут доступны в WCA Live (ссылка будет здесь чуть позднее). Результаты будут доступны сразу после ввода (в среднем все результаты бывают введены через 20-40 минут после окончания всех групп раунда). Участники, помеченные зелёным цветом проходят в следующий раунд / попадают на подиум.
После соревнований, как только результаты будут перепроверены и утверждены, они будут доступны на странице соревнований на сайте WCA.
At competition you can use WCA Live (we will post the link here later) to access the results. Results will be aviliable after input (usually 20-40 min after last group of the round). If your name mark with the green light, you can take part in next round or you are in top-3.
After competition when results are double-checked, the results will be aviliable at WCA Website competition page.
В связи с нестабильной эпидемиологической ситуацией, рекомендациями Политики безопасности соревнований WCA, а также нормативными актами Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области, установлен ряд особенностей для обеспечения безопасности участников и гостей соревнований. Пожалуйста, ознакомьтесь с ними.
Регистрируясь на чемпионат, вы автоматически соглашаетесь с данными правилами. Организаторы и Делегат WCA оставляют за собой право дисквалифицировать участника с соревнований, а также удалить участника или гостя с места проведения за несоблюдение мер безопасности.
Регистрация
- Каждому участнику разрешается взять с собой не более, чем одного гостя на место проведения соревнований.
- Участники должны носить бейджи, выданные на стойке регистрации. Участники без бейджей не будут допускаться на место проведения соревнований.
- Участники должны иметь с собой документ удостоверяющий личность (например, паспорт, свидетельство о рождении (для лиц до 14 лет), заграничный паспорт, водительские права). Участники, принимающие участие в соревнованиях WCA впервые будут должны подтвердить свою личность на стойке регистрации. Остальные участники должны быть готовы предъявить документ в случае, если у команды организаторов возникнут сомнения в личности участника.
Средства индивидуальной защиты
- Участники и гости должны носить средства индивидуальной защиты органов дыхания (маски, респираторы). Такие средства индивидуальной защиты должны полностью закрывать органы дыхания. Участники и гости без средств индивидуальной защиты должны покинуть место проведения соревнований. Данные правила касаются всех, в том числе переболевших или вакцинировавшихся.
- Участникам и гостям рекомендуется мыть руки и использовать антисептики. Антисептики располагаются в свободном доступе на месте проведения соревнований.
Процедура участия
- Участнику рекомендуется иметь и использовать свою ручку.
- Участник должен носить маску на месте проведения соревнований, в том числе во время попыток.
Дополнительная информация
- Мы просим вас оставаться дома при обнаружении симптомов респираторных заболеваний. За Делегатом WCA остаётся право отстранить вас от соревнований в случае проявления таких симптомов.
- Несмотря на то, что соревнования по спидкубингу объединяют людей, мы просим вас стараться держать дистанцию на месте проведения соревнований. Также мы просим вас брать с собой личные головоломки, не надеясь на возможность одолжить головоломку у других участников соревнований.

Due to the unstable epidemiological situation, there are following measures to provide security of compeitiors and guests. Please see bellow.
By registering for this competition, you are agreeing to abide by these restrictions. Competitors who choose not to follow these restrictions will be disqualified and will need to leave the venue.
Registration & Check-in
- Each competitor can take only one guest with them.
- Competitors and guests should wear nametags (badges) given at the reception desk. Competitors and guests without badges will not be allowed to the competition venue.
- Competitors should bring a valid ID with them (i.e. ID card, birth certificate, passport, driver's licence). If you are participating in a WCA competition for the first time, you should prove your Identity at the reception desk. If you have already competed in a WCA competition before, you should be ready to show your document if the organization team has doubts about your identity.
Individual protection
- All competitors and guests should wear personal respiratory protection (such as masks, respirators). Such protection must completely cover your mouth and nose. Competitors and guests without personal respiratory protection should leave the venue. This rule applies even if the competitor or guest already had COVID-19 or have vaccinated.
- It is strictly recommended to wash hands and use hand sanitizers. There will be hand sanitizers freely available at the venue.
Competing
- Competitors should have and use their own pens.
- Competitors should keep their masks on at the venue including time during their attempts.
Additional information
- We kindly ask you to stay home if you have flu symptoms. The WCA Delegate has the right to ask you to leave the venue in case you have such symptoms.
- Usually speedcubing competitions are meant to connect people, but we ask you to keep the distance. We also ask you to bring your puzzles with you without hoping to lend one from another competitor.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
