Para poder registrarte ya seas competidor nuevo o experimentado debes de cumplir TODOS los pasos que te indicamos a continuación:

1) Crea una cuenta o inicia sesión.

2) Este campeonato tiene un cupo de 600 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4:
* Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
* Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial después de 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
* Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCA ID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro.
* Si ya has competido y tu WCA ID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 23 de septiembre a las 20:00 CST entra a la pestaña registro y selecciona tus categorías:

5) Para este campeonato tendrás derecho a inscribirte a todas las categorías, revisa el corte que tendrá cada una de ellas. Para las categorías 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, Megaminx, Clock y Square-1 es necesario tener algún tiempo registrado igual o menor al de calificación para poder competir en ellas. Por lo que si no cumples con la calificación no podrás registrarte y competir en dichas categorias. Revisa los detalles de cada categoría y la definición de corte, tiempo límite y calificación aquí.

6) Realiza el pago por Stripe con una tarjeta de crédito o débito. La tarifa base de esta competencia es de $500 pesos mexicanos.

7) Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante Facebook o correo mexicanchampionship@gmail.com

8) Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

9) Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

10) El día de la campeonato, es importante que asistas puntual a la hora de registro para recoger tu gafete y horario con actividades de apoyo. Si eres nuevo competidor lleva una identificacion oficial para verificar tus datos. En caso de ser menor de edad, puedes llevar una credencial de estudiante.

In order to register, whether you're a new or experienced competitor, you must follow ALL the steps outlined below:

1) Create an account or log in.

2) This championship has a limit of 600 competitors. Check if there are still spots available in the competitors section.

3) If this is your first official competition, you can proceed to step number 4:
* If you've already participated in another official competition and your account is linked, you can proceed to step number 4.
* If you've participated in another official competition after 2022 and your account is linked, you can proceed to step number 4.
* If you've participated in another official competition but your WCA ID is not linked, follow the steps in the following video to link your account and then proceed with the registration.
* If you've competed before and your WCA ID is not linked, your registration will not be accepted. Be proactive.

4) On September 23th at 20:00 CST, go to the registration tab and select your events:

5) For this championship, you have the right to register for all events, check the cutoff time for each category. For 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, Megaminx, Clock, and Square-1 events, it is necessary to have a registered a qualification single to register for any of them. So, if you don't meet the qualification time, you won't be able to register and compete in these categories.

6) Make the payment through Stripe using a credit or debit card. The base fee for this competition is $500 Mexican pesos.

7) If you have any questions or issues with your registration, contact the organizing team immediately via Facebook or email mexicanchampionship@gmail.com

8) Keep in mind that registrations are manually approved after payment. Therefore, your registration might not be immediately approved, but trust that we are approving them in the order they were received. Make sure you're on the list of competitors.

9) Stay attentive to your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates about the competition. Once registrations are complete, schedules might undergo adjustments and updates.

10) On the day of the championship, it's important to arrive promptly at the registration time to collect your badge and schedule with support activities. If you are a new competitor, take an official ID to verify your data. If you are a minor, you can bring a student ID.

Para llegar desde la Terminal Terrestre Potosina hacia el Auditorio Miguel Barragán te recomendamos tomar taxi seguro que se encuentra dentro de las instalaciones de la propia terminal, los taxis seguros se toman dentro de la terminal de autobuses saliendo de la entrada principal. INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
* Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 600 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
* Hasta el 19 de noviembre cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
* Después del 20 de noviembre se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
* Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la campeonato.

TARIFAS

Condiciones de pago:

• Para respetar la tarifa preferencial, se debe realizar pago anticipado vía transferencia electrónica, depósito bancario.
• SE DARA UN 10% DE DESCUENTO, A LAS PERSONAS QUE PAGUEN EN EFECTIVO SOLO EN RECEPCION, TELEFONO O TRANSFERENCIA Y MENCIONES QUE ES PARA EL CAMPEONATO NACIONAL DE RUBIK DEL 14 AL 17 DE DICIEMBRE del 2023 .
• Para solicitar los datos bancarios, se deberá contactar al Hotel Suites & Victoria al tel. (444) 1510205 / 1510206.
• Se acepta pago con tarjeta de crédito y/o débito (Visa o Mastercard), excepto American Express. NO APLICA DESCUENTO.
• La reservación deberá quedar pagada en su totalidad 24hrs antes de la fecha de entrada.
• El Hotel & Suites Victoria solicitará al miembro incluido en la reserva evento CAMPEONATO NACIONAL DE RUBIK DEL 14 AL 17 DE DICIEMBRE del 2023, el pago total del hospedaje al momento de su registro en recepción.
• Cualquier servicio adicional al momento del Check-in y durante su estancia, deberá ser pagado por el huésped o huéspedes de manera inmediata en mostrador, con efectivo o tarjeta.

Cancelaciones:

• Cualquier modificación y/o cancelación de su reserva, debe notificarse 48hrs antes del horario del Check in 14:00 pm de la fecha de entrada.
• Los pagos efectuados con tarjeta, transferencia electrónica o depósito bancario no son reembolsables.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE CAMBIOS DE CATEGORÍAS
Si tu registro ya fue aceptado, puedes cambiar tus categorías registradas, agregar nuevas o quitarlas hasta el 19 de noviembre en la pestaña Registro

Después del domingo 19 de noviembre tu registro no podrá sufrir ningún tipo de cambio o alteración.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE CANCELACIONES
En caso de que no puedas asistir, comunícate mediante correo electrónico mexicanchampionship@gmail.com solicitando la cancelación de tu registro. Esto permitira que el siguiente competidor en la lista de espera pueda participar en el campeonato.

¿Pueden competir personas de cualquier edad?
Sí, competidores de cualquier edad pueden inscribirse.

¿Puedo inscribirme si nunca he competido antes?
Sí, solo ten en cuenta que varias categorías tienen un tiempo clasificatorio, el cual debes cumplir para poder inscribirte a esa categoría.

¿Debo llevar mi propio cubo?
Sí, cada competidor es responsable de llevar el cubo de cada una de las categorías a las que se inscribieron.

¿Puedo llegar solo a la categoría en la que me inscribí o debo asistir desde el primer día?
Tú eres libre de llegar y retirarte a la hora que desees. Considera que de no llegar a tiempo para competir, puedes ser descalificado. Por eso se pide llegar con 1 hora de anticipación a tu primera categoría.

¿Qué debo llevar?
Lo único que debes traer son tus cubos, pero tambíen te recomendamos llevar hidratación y un snack.

¿Es necesario presentarme a la hora de registro?
No es necesario si no te toca participar, sólo asegúrate de llegar 1 hora antes de la primera categoría en la que te toque participar, tendremos el registro abierto todo el día.

¿Cómo se realiza el pago por Stripe?
Al finalizar tu registro la plataforma te solicitará tus datos bancarios, es indispensable contar con una tarjerta de credito/debito para poder realizar el pago, una vez llenando con tu información el pago se hara de manera automatica a tu tarjeta.

¿Los $500 MXN para cuantas categorías cubre mi inscripción?
Siempre y cuando cumplas con el tiempo de clasificación de la categoría puedes inscribirte a cuantas categorias desees.

¿Qué es un tiempo clasificatorio?
Es un registro de un tiempo mínimo que tuviste que registrar en alguna otra competencia previa.

Can people of any age compete?
Yes, competitors of any age can register.

Can I register if I've never competed before?
Yes, just keep in mind that several events have a qualifying time, which you must meet to be able to register for that event.

Should I bring my own cube?
Yes, each competitor is responsible for bringing the cube for each of the events they have registered for.

Can I only attend the event I registered for, or do I have to be present from the first day?
You are free to arrive and leave at any time you wish. However, if you don't arrive on time for your firts event, you might be disqualified. That's why it's advisable to arrive with at least 1 hour in advance.

What should I bring?
The only thing you need to bring is your cubes, but we also recommend bringing hydration and a snack.

How do I register?

Do I need to be present at the time of registration?
It's not necessary if you're not scheduled to compete. Just make sure to arrive 1 hour before your first scheduled event. Registration will be open throughout the day.

How is payment done through Stripe?
At the end of your registration, the platform will ask for your bank card information. It is essential to have a credit/debit card to make the payment. Once you fill out your information, the payment will be automatically processed to your card.

Do the $500 MXN cover my registration for how many events?
As long as you meet the qualification single, you can register for as many events as you wish.
