The venue is super close to Copenhagen Airport! You can walk there in only 20 minutes if you really want to - or you can get public transportation that takes you right there!

By bus - Take either 5C or 2A to the busstop "Skottegårdsskolen" which is very close to the venue.
By metro - Get off at Kastrup Station where it will be a 800 m walk to the venue. (You can also get on the bus from here if you really dislike walking)
By train - Get off at the airport and either walk the 1.4 km or change to the metro.
By car - enter "Saltværksvej 63, 2770 Kastrup" into your GPS. From Saltværksvej you should turn onto Nordmarksvej, there will be an asphalt playground area where cars may be parked.

There are four supermarkets, a bakery, a pizza/burger place, and an asian resturant all within 500 m of the venue.

Sleeping at the venue is possible on both Friday and Saturday nights and will be free for competitors and guests. There will be a form send out on email about sleeping around one week before the competition.
If you will be sleeping at the venue you will need to provide your own sleeping bag and mat etc.
SHOWER UPDATE: It will be possible to shower in a short window saturday and sunday morning since we managed to get two of the gym halls at the venue for a limited time.

Since it is close to the airport, there is also a lot of different hotels to choose from in the area - the closet one to the venue being Quality Airport Hotel Dan

In order to register successfully please follow the steps of "Registration requirements" under the "General Info" tab.
Once you have registered and paid using Stripe through the WCA website your registration should be confirmed within 48 hours.
If there are issues with your registration not fulfilling the requirements one of the organisers will contact you to help complete your registration.

Each guest will have to pay 15kr. at the check-in desk. We only accept danish kroner in exact cash or mobile pay.

Alle deltagere skal have læst WCA regelsættet.

Du kan tilmelde dig her.

All competitors must have read the WCA Regulations.
We will have a quick run down before the first event, and explain how to compete and judge. There will be a demonstration by some of our most experienced cubers. You can find out when this will happen in the schedule tab.

You must be registered for this competition online in order to compete! You can register here. Your registration is complete, when you see your name among the other competitors (here).

New competitors must bring a valid identification card, to confirm their identity at the competition. A passport is good example since it shows your date of birth, and country of representation.

You are expected to help during the competition. For each event you participate in, you will then need to judge at least one other group in the same event. If you see an empty an empty spot for a judge at a solving station, please take it! This helps the competition run a lot smoother!

Every time there is blindfolded event, there has to be complete silence! It requires a lot of concentration, so please be silent. If you need to talk or make noise, please leave the venue room where people are solving to do so.

No flash photography in the entire venue! Flash is distracting to the competitors. However pictures without the use of flash are allowed.

You are allowed to film your official attempt, as long as the camera's screen is either off or is out of sight.

All spectators must remain at least 1,5 meters away from every solving station.

When a round is in progress, then all competitors in the current group must wait in the competitor waiting area, until they get called up to solve.

You are not allowed to talk about the scrambles until the round is done! Otherwise, you might get disqualified.

You only need to be present, when you have to compete, in the events you are registered for! We recommend that you are present half an hour to an hour before your first event, since the schedule might change. If you can only be present one of the days, then you can only compete in the events on the given date. If you would like, you can write which day(s) you are coming, in the note, when you sign up for the competition.

When we approach the competition date, you will receive an email. It will contain some changes that might have happened. It will also contain more ‘up to date’ information, which you might need.

6x6x6 and 7x7x7 cube events will be held with a cumulative time limit of 35 minutes. This means that you will have 35 minutes to complete up to 6 solves (3 of each event). If you are competing in both events you will be able to choose which event you start with.

THE COMPETITOR LIMIT HAS BEEN RAISED TO 140! (07/11/2018)

If you register after 140 registrations has been reached you will be placed on the waiting list.
The waiting list will - as stated in the registration requirements - be sorted from the first completed registration (first to pay the registration fee).

The store Kube Ninja will be sponsoring this competition!

They will be present at the competition with their pop up shop as well as running a small game over the weekend and if you complete it, you will be eligible for their prize draw at the end of the competition.

You can find their website here: https://butik.kube.ninja/
