Para poder participar en la competencia, lee detenidamente toda la información en la web y realiza TODOS los siguientes pasos:
*Antes de realizar tu registro, corrobora todavía hay lugares diponibles en la siguiente liga Competidores

1) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.

2) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 110 competidores.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
* Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
* Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
* Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 20 de Junio a las 6:00 PM CST entra a la pestaña registro, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 110 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago de $200 M.N. Contarás con 24 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro o si deseas agregar o quitar categorías a tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante el siguiente correo rubik.guanajuato@gmail.com

Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada.

Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

7) Corrobora que apareces en la sección competidores

Felicidades!!!!! Tu registro está completo.

Si descubres que no puedes asistir a la competencia después de registrarse, contáctenos por correo para reembolsar el porcentaje de registro y asignar ese lugar a otro competidor.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

To participate in the competition, please read all the information on the web and do ALL the next steps:
* Before making your registration, verify the registration limit isn't reached in the competitors tab

1) Sign up or sign in in the WCA website.

2) This competition has a quota for 110 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
* If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
* If you already have participated in WCA competition since 2022, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
* If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video . After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On June 20th at 6:00 PM CST enter to the register and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 110 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 24 hours to complete your paiment. If the competitors limit is reached, you'll receive instructions by mail to be on the waiting list.

6) Once you complete all the email steps your registration are going to be accepted.

Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order.

Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

7) Verify you appear in the section competitors

Congratulations !!!!! Your registration is complete.

If you find that you cannot make it to the competition after registering, please contact us by email so that we can maximize attendance.

EVERY PAYMENT DONE BEFORE THE REGISTER OPENS OR WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE ORGANIZATION TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A DONATION.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:

• Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 110 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
• Hasta el 15 de Agosto, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
• Después del 15 de Agosto, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
• Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
• Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.
• Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar tu reembolso del 100% al correo rubik.guanajuato@gmail.com El reembolso se realizara manualmente por lo que debes de ser paciente en lo que se realiza tu reembolso

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:

• If the limit of 110 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a place on the waiting list.
