Schedule Changes: Any updates will be communicated clearly, but events will remain on their scheduled day wherever possible.

Finals: All finals will be conducted in a stationary seating format. 3x3 finals will be conducted head to head, two competitors at a time in order of descending rank from 3x3 Semifinals. Competitors will be isolated in a separate room before competing and may have their cell phone activity monitored.

If you're a new competitor, welcome to your first competition!
We will be holding new competitor tutorials on Friday, August 29 at 8:30AM as well as Saturday, August 30th at 8:00 AM. We strongly recommend all first-time competitors attend at least one of these sessions! At the end of the tutorial, you'll have the chance to ask any questions you have about competing.
If you'd like to learn more about how World Cube Association (WCA) competitions work, this video by CubeHead is a great place to start: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dSuMG--wm8
Competitions are fun for cubers of all ages and speeds, and they're a great way to meet fellow cubers and make new friends! If you're ready to compete, head over to the "Register" tab!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do I use my own cube to compete?
A: Yes! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete. Please refer to section 3 of the WCA Regulations for more information on which puzzles are okay to use in competition. If you have any questions, please reach out!
Q: How do I find results?
A: To see your results on the day of the competition, check out WCA Live. It takes some time for us to manually enter the results, so if you don't see yours immediately, check the website again in a bit! After the competition, official results will be posted within a few days to a week, and you'll be able to see your times on your WCA profile.
Q: How do I get a WCA ID?
After official results are posted after the competition (see question above), you will receive an email with information about your WCA ID.
Q: Why am I not on the registration list yet?
A: Make sure you pay you registration fee in order to be eligible to be placed on the competitor list. If the competitor limit has been reached by the time your registration is completed, you will be placed onto a waitlist, which is populated in the order in which competitors pay. If you are not advanced from the waitlist before the waitlist closes (see the date on the "Register" tab), you will be issued a full refund.
Q: What is the typical age of competitors at these events?
A: All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 10 and 20 years old. Don't let this stop you, though! Everyone can and should cube!
Q: Are there age divisions?
A: Nope! All cometitors compete in the same groups and are ranked together.
Q: Do I have to attend both new competitor tutorials?
A: We recommend attending the tutorial on your first day of competition, so it is not required that you attend both.
