Payment Details

Each participant is required to pay a registration fee to compete in the event. This fee helps cover venue costs, materials, and other expenses related to the competition.

Registration is only approved after completion of payment.

Registration Fee Breakdown:

Note:
1. All currencies are in Nepalese Rupees.
2. Competitor's name will be published in the competitor list within 48 hours of completing the registration, i.e. Online Registration and online Payment.
3. The Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstance.
4. Online payments will be applicable for the duration of the Registration period till Wednesday 29th July, 2026.
5. On-Site payments through online means like eSewa, Khalti and bank transfer will NOT use Online payment structure.

• On-The-Spot (OTS) Registration will be available on both days(1st-2nd August) during check-in time if the competitor limit is not reached.
• On-Site payment applies to both OTS registrations and online registrations with incomplete payments.

Payment Procedure:

1. eSewa: Payments can be made via eSewa. Ensure your eSewa account is active and ready for transactions.
2. Khalti: Payments can be made via Khalti. Ensure your Khalti account is active and ready for transactions.
3. Cash(On--Site): Payments can be made directly at the registration desk on the day(s) of the competition during check-in time.
4. Bank Transfer: Bank account details for direct transfers will be provided upon request. Please contact the organizers for further information.

How to Pay:

1. Open the eSewa or Khalti app on your device.
2. Tap on the "Send Money" option.
3. Enter the phone number: 9866884210 [Account Holder: Surav Krishna Shrestha].
4. Input the exact amount of your registration fee, take a look at the Registration Fee Structure above to calculate your registration fee.
5. Add a note in remarks with your Full Name and events you have registered for to ensure proper identification of your payment.

If the remarks input is not available, please contact the organizers with payment details to avoid confusion for registration approval.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
Please keep this confirmation(screenshot or receipt) as proof of payment, as it may be required during the event check-in.

Information About Waiting List:
If the limit of 70 competitors is reached, a waiting list will be started. During this period, if someone cancels their registration, the first person (71st person) to pay from the waiting list until 30th July 9 PM, will be approved.

If more than one person pays but can't be approved due to the limit being reached after the first to pay has been approved, then the competitor(s) might have a chance of getting approved if someone who is in the approved list cancels their registration or is absent during the check-in time of the competiton. Otherwise, the unapproved person would be refunded 100% of the registration fee within 48 hours after the comp.

Important:
- If you've registered on the WCA Competiton page but missed the online payment deadline, your registration will be pending and payment will be of the On-Site catagory.
- If you have any questions regarding the payment process or encounter any issues, please to reach out to the organizers.
- International participants are requested to contact the organizers directly for further payment details.
