Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (Canadian Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 3 guests.

Competitor List

Registration will close on Wednesday October 8th, 2025 at 10 pm (11 days before the competition). You must register and pay the registration fee before this date in order to be added to the competitor list. Late registrations will not be accepted. Organizers manually accept registrations one at a time in the order the registration fees are paid, so you may have to wait a couple days before your name shows up on the competitor list.

Once the competitor list reaches the 60 competitor limit, registrants who pay the registration fee will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.

Waiting List

The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants paid the registration fee. If you are added to the waiting list you will be informed via an email from the Organization team.

Anyone on the waiting list who wishes to be removed from the waiting list may contact the organizers to delete their registration and be refunded 100% of their registration fee. Please contact us using the Contact Organization team link on the General Info tab.

If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After October 8th, 2025, the competitor list will be finalized and registrants who are still on the waiting list will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

Guest Limit

Space is limited in the venue and our priority is allowing as many competitors as possible to compete within our limited venue space. Therefore, competitors may bring at most three (3) guests. To request an exception to the guest limit, please contact us using the Contact Organization team link on the General Info tab.

Liste des compétiteurs

Les inscriptions seront clôturées le mercredi 8 octobre 2025 à 22h (11 jours avant la compétition). Vous devez vous inscrire et payer les frais d'inscription avant cette date afin d'être ajoutées à la liste des compétiteurs. Les inscriptions en retard ne seront pas acceptées. Les organisateurs acceptent manuellement les inscriptions une par une, dans l'ordre de paiement des droits d'inscription. Il se peut donc que vous deviez attendre quelques jours avant que votre nom n'apparaisse sur la liste des compétiteurs.

Lorsque la liste des compétiteurs atteint la limite de 60 compétiteurs, les personnes qui ont payé les frais d'inscription seront ajoutées à la liste d'attente au lieu de la liste des compétiteurs. En raison de la limite de compétiteurs, le fait de compléter votre inscription pendant la période d'inscription initiale ne vous garantit pas une place sur la liste des compétiteurs.

Liste d'attente

La liste d'attente est ordonnée en fonction de l'horodatage du paiement des droits d'inscription par les inscrits. Si vous êtes ajouté à la liste d'attente, vous en serez informé par un e-mail de l'équipe de l'Organisation.

Toute personne figurant sur la liste d'attente qui souhaite être retirée de la liste d'attente peut contacter les organisateurs pour supprimer son inscription et être remboursée à 100% de ses frais d'inscription. Veuillez nous contacter en utilisant le lien Contact Équipe organisatrice sur l'onglet Informations générales.

Si une personne sur la liste des compétiteurs supprime son inscription, la personne en tête de la liste d'attente sera déplacée vers la liste des compétiteurs. Après le 8 octobre 2025, la liste des compétiteurs sera clôturée et les personnes inscrites qui figurent encore sur la liste d'attente seront remboursées à 100 % de leurs frais d'inscription.

Limite d'invités

L'espace est limité et notre priorité est de permettre au plus grand nombre possible de compétiteurs de participer dans cet espace restreint. Par conséquent, les compétiteurs peuvent amener au maximum trois (3) invités.
