Novi Sad Autumn 2021 je deveto po redu takmičenje koje se održava u Srbiji. Svako može da se takmiči, nezavisno od njihove nacionalnosti ili godina, ali moraju biti upoznati sa WCA Regulacijama i moraju da ih pročitaju pre takmičenja.

Novi Sad Autumn 2021 is the 9th speedcubing competition in a row that's being held in Serbia. Anyone can participate, no matter which nationality or age they are, but they need to be familiar with the WCA Regulations and read them before the competition.

The base registration fee for this competition is РСД2,000 (Serbian Dinar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.

Za kompletnu registraciju smatramo, kada je WCA ID povezan za WCA profil, ili ako se takmičar nije takmičio pre, ali ima WCA profil, uz pružene sve lične informacije.
Molimo Vas da proveravate e-mail adresu redovno, zato što ćete morati da potvrdite registraciju putem e-mail-a.
Ako se prijavite na takmičenje, a ne pojavite se (i ne obavestite nas pre zatvaranja prijava da nećete doći), ubuduće ćete moći da se takmičite na našim takmičenjima samo ako platite kotizaciju sa ovog takmičenja. Ako je limit takmičara dosegnut, a Vi niste odgovorili na mail o potvrdi dolaska, bićete obrisani sa liste prijavljenih.
Kotizacija iznosi 2,000 RSD, koja se plaća na takmičenju, nebitno od broja dana/kategorija u kojima se takmičite.
Na takmičenje sme da dođe samo 1 gost kao pratnja takmičara.
Lista čekanja:
• Nakon što je limit od 40 takmičara dostignut lista čekanja će biti otvorena.
• Nove prijave će biti dodate na listu čekanju po redu prijave.
• Takmičari sa liste čekanja će biti prihvaćeni na takmičenje jedino ukoliko se oslobodi mesto.
• Možete se raspitati o Vašoj poziciji na listi čekanja kod organizacionog tima.Ukoliko želite da promenite kategorije u kojima se takmičite, kontaktirajte organiztora putem mail-a i napišite koje promene želite da izvršite do 13.11.2021. Nakon ovog datuma neće biti moguće dodavati kategorije u kojima se takmičite. Ukoliko ne želite da se takmičite u nekoj kategoriji za koju ste se prijavili, prihvatljivo je i da se samo ne pojavite u vreme te kategorije na takmičenju.

We consider a registration complete, when the WCA ID has been connected to the WCA account, or if the competitor has not competed before, but has a complete WCA account, providing all the personal data. Accepting completed registrations are on a first come first serve basis.
Please make sure to check your e-mail address on a regular basis, because registrations might need to be confirmed via e-mail. If the limit will be reached and you didn't reply to the confirmation mail you will be deleted from the registration list.
If you register to the competition, but don't show up (and don't let us know before the deadline of the online registration), afterwards you can only take part at competitions organized by us, if you pay this registration fee as well.
The registration fee is 2,000 RSD flat, which must be paid on site, no matter in how many events/days you will compete.
Only 1 guest is permitted to attend the competition as companion of a competitor.
Waiting List:
• Once the competitor limit of 40 has filled, the waiting list will be opened.
• New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of time of registration.
• Waitlisted competitors will only be added to the competition if an existing competitors withdraws.
• You may enquire about your position on the waiting list by contacting the organisational team.You may change the events you are registered for by contacting the organisational team by 13/11/2021. After this date it is no longer possible to add events. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.

Postupak registracije:
(Ako već imate otvoren WCA nalog onda možete preskočiti 1 i 2. korak. A ako je Vaš WCA ID (WCA identifikacioni broj) povezan sa Vašim nalogom onda možete preskočiti i 3. korak)
1) Kreirajte svoj WCA nalog
Morate koristiti Vaše puno ime i prezime. Ako ste se već takmičili na zvaničnim takmičenjima koristite e-mail adresu koju ste već koristili za WCA registraciju i koju redovno koristite/proveravate. Na Vaš e-mail dobićete link za verifikaciju, klikom na taj link vaš nalog će biti verifikovan.
2) Unesite svoje lične podatke
Prijavite se na Vaš WCA nalog i kliknite na "Notifications"/"Obaveštenja". Tu će Vam se pojaviti link: "Vaš profil je nepotpun". Kliknite na taj link i unesite Vaš datum rodjenja, pol i zemlju iz koje dolazite da biste završili Vaš nalog. (Ako je ovo Vaše prvo takmičenje i nemate povezan WCA ID onda preskočite 3. korak) .
3) Povezivanje Vašeg WCA ID sa vašim nalogom
Prijavite se na vaš WCA nalog i kliknite na "Notifications"/"Obaveštenja". Tu će Vam se pojaviti link: "Povežite Vaš WCA ID sa Vašim nalogom". Ako kliknete na taj link možete napisati vaš WCA ID (ili ga možete pronaći tako što ćete uneti Vaše ime). Da bi završili registraciju morate da odaberete delegata. (U velikom broju slučajeva sistem će Vam ponuditi delegate. Na primer: Aleksa Radovanović) Imajte na umu da povezivanje WCA ID-a sa WCA nalogom može potrajati i do nekoliko dana.
4) Registracija za takmičenje
Kada imate funkcionalan WCA nalog, možete se prijaviti za takmičenje na WCA websajtu.
Imajte na umu da proces prihvatanja registracije nije automatski te da može potrajati nekoliko dana.
Ako želite promeniti Vašu registraciju, molimo Vas da se ne registrujete ponovo već da se javite na e-mail organizatora i napišete šta želite da izmenite.
Krajnji rok za registraciju i promenu registracije je: 13. novembar 2021. 23:59 (Srpsko lokalno vreme).

Steps of registration (if you have WCA Account, you can skip 1st and 2nd step; if you have your WCA ID linked, you can also skip 3rd step):
1) Create a WCA account
You have to use your full name. If you ever competed before at official competition, use an e-mail address that you already used for WCA registration and which you check regularly. You will get a confirmation link in e-mail and by clicking on that your Account will be validated.
2) Give your personal data
Sign in with your WCA account and click to the "Notifications". There will be a "Your profile is incomplete" link. Click here and provide your Gender, Birthdate and Country to finish your account. (If it's your first competition and don't have a WCA ID you finished your account and you can skip step 3) )
3) Connect your WCA ID to your WCA account
Sign in with your WCA account and click to the "Notifications". There will be a "Connect your WCA ID to your account" link. If you click on that you can write in your WCA ID (or you can simply search for it by typing your name in). To finish this you will need to choose a delegate, who's competition you already participated at to confirm your request. (In a lot of cases the system will offer you a delegate, but you can choose other if you want. For example: Aleksa Radovanović.) Please keep in mind that connecting WCA ID-s and WCA accounts can take a few days.
4) Register to the competition
After having a full WCA account you can register to the competition in the WCA website.
Please keep in mind, that accepting the registrations is not automatic so the process can take a few days.
If you would like to change your registration, please do not register again, but write an e-mail to the organizers and tell them what you want to change.
Deadline for registration and changes is: November 13th, 2021, 23:59 (Serbia Local Time).

COVID-19 Pravila
Imajte na umu da će sledeće mere biti na snazi tokom takmičenja:
- Takmičari mogu da povedu jednog gosta.
- Takmičar NE SME da prisustvuje takmičenju ukoliko pokazuje bilo kakve COVID-19 simptome, ili je bio u kontaktu sa nekim ko ima COVID-19.
- Takmičar MORA da nosi zaštitnu masku tokom celog takmičenja. Jedini izuzetak je pauza za jelo.
- Sredstva za dezinfekciju ruku će biti dostupna u celom prostoru.
- Preporučuje se da takmičari ponesu svoje hemijske olovke na takmičenje
- Nakon što takmičar završi sa slaganjem, sudija će dezinfikovati stanicu na kojoj ste slagali.
- Nakon svakog slaganja umesto da sudija vraća kocku u kutiju, takmičar će biti pitan da sam to uradi.
- Ako dođe do bilo kakvih promena sigurnosnih mera u Srbiji, biđete obavešteni putem mail-a.

COVID-19 Rules
Have in mind that these safety measures will be in place during this competition:
- Competitor can bring only one guest.
- Competitor MUST NOT attend this competition if he has any COVID-19 symptoms or if has been in contact with someone that is COVID-19 possitive.
- Competitor MUST wear a face mask during the entire competition. The only exception will be during lunch break.
- Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the venue.
- It is recommended that the competitor brings his own pen to the competition.
- After the competitor is finished with solving the judge will disinfect the station with a disinfection wipe.
- After every attempt, rather than the judge putting the puzzle in the cover, the competitor is asked to put the cube into the cover at the end of the attempt.
- If there are any news considering safety measures in Serbia, you will be informed via email.

Svaki takmičar nosi svoje kocke na takmičenje dok su štoperice za merenje vremena obezbeđene od strane organizacionog tima.
Q: Kada treba da dođem na takmičenje?
Na takmičenje je potrebno da dođete 15-20 minuta pre početka prve kategorije u KOJOJ SE VI TAKMIČITE jer registracija može potrajati i par minuta, a ako Vam je ovo prvo takmičenje i niste upoznati sa WCA takmičenjima treba doći i na Competition Tutorial na kom ćemo Vam objasniti kako funkcionise takmičenje i demonstrirati njegov tok.

Q: Kako da znam u kojoj se grupi takmčimim?

Q: With what average can I compete at the competition?
Anyone with any time result can participate at the competition. If you like the Rubik's Cube and would like to meet others who like it as well, you should come.
Q: Do I have to bring my own cubes to the competition?
Every competitor has to bring their own cubes to the competition, while the timing equipment is provided by the organization team.
Q: When should I arrive to the competition?
You have to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your first event because registration can take for a few minutes. If it's you first competition or you are not confident with the Regulations, please be at the venue at the Competition Tutorial event on your first competition day because we will do a demonstration on how the competition runs and summarize the Regulations.
Q: I want to edit my registration. How can I do that?
If you want to change something about your registration, just write an e-mail to one of the contact e-mails displayed on the competition page (a.radovanovic43@gmail.com, imiletic951@hotmail.com, olivera.radovanovic2002@gmail.com) with what you want to change. Changing your events is only possible until the deadline of the registration.
Q: If I’m not competing on Saturday/Sunday do I have to attend the competition on both days?
If you are not competing on Saturday/Sunday you can attend the competition on the day that you are competing.
Q: What should I bring with me to the competition?
If it's your first competition you will need to bring some kind of card/paper with photo for identification (ID Card, Student Card, Passport and your puzzles. At the competition everybody uses their own puzzles.
Q: How can I know in which group I’m assigned to compete in?
We will send you the grouping during the week before the competition.
Q: Do I have to compete in all events?
No, during registration you will have a table of events in which you can select events that you want to compete in.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
