Qafqazın ən böyük şəhəri olan, qartal şəklində Azərbaycanın şərqində və Xəzərin sahilində yerləşən gözəl Bakımıza xoş gəlmisiniz! Şərq Qartalı 2019 (Eagle of the East 2019) bütün iştirakçılara açıq olan, dost mühitində keçiriləcək əyləncəli bir Rubik kubu yarışıdır. Halhazırda Cənubi Qafqazın ən böyük yarışlarından biri olan bu ənənəvi yarışda bu il də çoxlu iştirakçı görməyi ümid edirik.
Welcome once again to Baku – largest city in Caucasus, beautifully situated by the eagle-like east part of Azerbaijan! Eagle of the East 2019 is a friendly and relaxed cube competition open to all who wish to participate. It is currently one of the largest competitions in South Caucasus and we are hoping for many participants also this year.

The base registration fee for this competition is ₼50 (Azerbaijani Manat).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of ₼5 (Azerbaijani Manat).

The inspiration of competition name and logo came from geographical shape of Absheron peninsula. As this peninsula is situated at the east part of Azerbaijan and looks like eagle, we called the competition EAGLE of the EAST. Red part of the eagle head symbolizes Baku and its satallite cities. AKA 2015-ci il aprelin 11-də qurulub və məqsədi kubçuların bir-birini tanımasını təmin etmək, ölkədə ədalətli və bərabər şərtlər altında, dost mühitində yarışların keçirilməsinə nail olmaqdır. Təşkilat hal-hazırda 3 Əsas Heyət üzvü: Mahir İsrafilov (Prezident), Cavid Nəbizadə, Rahim Məmmədli; 4 İcraedici üzv: Aslan Kazımov, Toğrul İbadlı, Fərid Həsənov, Cavidan İbrahimov; və 1 Nümayəndə: Hikmət Mürsəlzadə tərəfindən idarə olunur.

Azerbaijan Cube Association
ACA was founded on the 11th of April 2015 and the goal of ACA is to organize competitions in the country and to make cubers know each other. The organisation is currently running by 3 Board Members: Mahir Israfilov (President), Javid Nabizade, Rahim Mammadli; 4 Executive Members: Aslan Kazimov, Toghrul Ibadli, Farid Hasanov, Javidan Ibrahimov; and 1 Delegate: Hikmat Mursalzade.

3x3x3 kateqoriyasında 1-ci yerin sahibinə The Valk3 Power M, 2-ci yerin sahibinə MGC 3, 3-cü yerin sahibinə isə MGC 2 kubları hədiyyə olunacaq. Hədiyyələr sadəcə Azərbaycan vətəndaşları üçün nəzərdə tutulub. Bu yarışda həmçinin Danimarka ənənəsi də olacaq. Podiumlara, eləcə də bütün kubçulara iştirak sertifikatı veriləcək.
There will be The Valk3 Power M, MGC 3, MGC 2 cubes for 3x3x3 podiums. But only citizens of Azerbaijan are entitled to these presents. There will be Denmark tradition in this competition as well. Certificates will be given to all podiums, as well as to all participants.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
