Nous rembourserons les personnes qui seront restées sur liste d'attente après la compétition.N'hésitez pas à faire un don lors de votre inscription pour soutenir l'AFS afin de permettre à cette dernière d'acheter et de renouveler le matériel français.
Before the competition, the organisation team may send you one or multiple emails. Please answer them in time. Not answering to these mails might make us delete your registration, if there is a waiting list.
If you're an AFS member or if it's your first competition, the competition is free, you don't need to pay online, just wait for us to accept your registration.

[FR] Quelques rappels pour le bon déroulement de la compétition :
Nous vous rappelons qu'il est indispensable d'aider à juger et d'être à l'heure pour vos épreuves, pour assurer le bon déroulement de la compétition (et la bonne santé de l'équipe d'organisation !)
Pendant la compétition, faites attention à vos affaires, le risque de vol est toujours présent, surtout qu'il s'agit d'un festival de jeux avec beaucoup de passage.
Lorsque l'accès au festival est ouvert, il est possible d'aller essayer des jeux, mais pensez à venir juger.
Les spectateurs doivent rester à 1m50 de la zone de compétition.
Nous vous rappelons également qu'il est interdit d'utiliser des flashs sur vos appareils.
Vous n'êtes pas obligé d'arriver à l'ouverture de la compétition. Présentez-vous simplement à l'accueil au moins 30 minutes avant votre première épreuve.
Il est interdit de parler des mélanges ou des solutions pendant le tour en cours.
Pendant la compétition, appelez un délégué WCA en cas de besoin (question sur le règlement, doute sur une décision à prendre...)

Please help judge! and be on time.
Pay attention to your stuff. The risk of theft is always present, especially during a games festival.
When access to the game festival is open, it's possible to try games, but remember to come and judge.
Spectator have to stay 1.5m away from the competitor area.
No flash photography under any circumstance within the venue. It is extremely distracting for competitors.
It is forbidden to talk about the scrambles or your solutions whilst the round is in progress

Si le Champagne Open 2022 sera votre première compétition, voici tout ce que vous devez savoir :
- Vous devez vous inscrire ou vous connecter sur le site de WCA.
- Vous devez vous inscrire à la compétition (sur la page de la compétition, onglet "S'inscrire").
- Vous n'avez pas à effectuer le paiement de 2€, l'Association Française prend votre inscription en charge.
- Il est indispensable de lire le règlement WCA (la traduction française est ici).
- Vous n'êtes pas obligé d'arriver dès le début de la compétition, mais assurez vous d'arriver suffisament en avance pour votre première épreuve.
- Nous vous invitons fortement à participer au "tutoriel" au début du premier tour de pyraminx le samedi ou au début du premier tour de 3x3x3 le dimanche matin.
- Vous devez apporter une pièce d'identité le jour de la compétition ou nous la scanner par mail avant la compétition.

If it's gonna be your first competition, here's what you need to know:
- You must register or login on the WCA website.
- You must register to the competition (tab "Register" on the competition page).
- You do not have to make the payment of 2€, the French Association will take charge of your registration.
- You must read the WCA regulations (translations are here).
- We strongly advise you to come see the tutorial in Saturday or Sunday.
- You must bring an identification paper (ID, passport, driving license) the day of the competition or scan and send it by email before the competition.
The AFS wrote some tutorials but they are in French only…
Ce sont les membres de l'association Speedcubing Champagne-Ardenne qui organisent la compétition.

Grâce à l'Association Française de Speedcubing (AFS) et à l'association Speedcubing Champagne-Ardenne nous aurons le matériel nécessaire pour faire tourner correctement la compétition pour 120 compétiteurs.
Une participation financière est demandée par la WCA de la part de chaque compétiteur.
L'AFS a décidé de prendre en charge ce coût pour tous ses adhérents, mais également pour tous les nouveaux compétiteurs !

The World Cube Assiociation asks every competitor for a competiton fee. This fee will be paid by the AFS for all the AFS members and the new competitors.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
