*  Competitors are only allowed to register for a maximum of five events.
  • Please see the "Favorites Format" tab for more info.

  • The events will happen in the order listed on the "Schedule" tab, but event durations are tentative! Check back the day before the competition, as event durations may change depending on the number of competitors in events.

  • You only need to show up for the events that you're competing in - but we encourage you to show up for longer. Do note that we may run ahead of or behind schedule, particularly for events in the afternoon please be ready at least 30 minutes in advance just in case

  • We won't be allowing late entry in the competition under any exceptions. Make sure you will be available at the venue when your name is called.

  • Make sure you go through all the WCA regulations.

  • Kindly bring your ID card while entering the campus.

  • If you're participating in a WCA competition for first time or unaware of competition rules, make sure that you attend the tutorial session.

  • Participants must bring their own cubes.

There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹699 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may register in at most 5 events.

Early Bird Payment - ₹699 (If the participant registers and makes the payment on or before 16th December 2024)

Regular Payment - ₹999 (If the participant registers and makes the payment on or after 17th December 2024)

Important Note for Online Registrations:

  1. Upon registering you will receive an email stating “Your registration for Back to Cubing Madras 2025 is submitted and pending approval”. This does NOT mean that you are on the registration list. Competitors will not be approved until payment has been made.
  2. Please ensure you have paid the registration fees via the listed payment method on the register page. Your registration is not complete and will not be processed until you have paid the registration fee.
  3. Failure to complete the online payment before the registration deadline will result in the inability to participate, even if you registered in WCA website under the Early Bird or Regular fees.
