Competitor or guardian must agree that the organizers, PCA and WCA shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss resulting from your participation of this event.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱350 (Philippine Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Deleting Registration/Refunds:
* Please email teamcebuspeedcubers@gmail.com for refunds.Adding/Dropping Events:
* Competitors may request (by email) to add more events until April 13. Payment for additional events will be collected during the registration of the competition proper.
* Competitors may request (by email) to remove events from their registration at any point. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.
* After April 13, no changing of events (adding of events) will be entertained.Waitlist:
* The last day to make it off the waiting list shall be on April 13, so PLEASE PAY ON OR BEFORE THE STATED DATE. This means that after April 13, all competitors in the waiting list will be deleted.
* Registrants will be placed on the waiting list if they have completed all requirements for a valid registration (such as online registration AND payment of the registration), but the competitor limit has been filled. Registrants in the waiting list will be accepted in the order that their registration was completed once a spot becomes available (if an approved registrant backs out and surrenders his spot).
* If no spot has been surrendered (if the competitor limit has been filled), those in the waiting list (who actually paid) will be refunded on April 12 or April 13 (depending on the availability of the organizer).Payment

Regular based registration of P 350.00 (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for 3 events, and P 50.00 additional per event.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
