A: This competition is for all cubers, regardless of age, skill or nationality. Don't be discouraged by unsatisfactory results, as a WCA competition is more of a socializing space than a competitive one!
Q: Why am I not on the competitor list after paying the fee?
A: After a successful registration, which includes paying the fee in full, the registration will be approved within 24 hours. Please contact the organizing team if a registration remains unapproved after this timespan.
Q: Which events can I register for?
A: The registration fee includes all events. Please note that 4x4 Blindfolded and 5x5 Blindfolded are subject to qualifications; please refer to the corresponding tab for more information.
Q: What is the competitor limit for this competition?
A: This competition has a limit of 275 competitors. Registrations after the competition has filled will be moved to a waiting list.

Để phù hợp với tinh thần giải Vô địch Quốc gia, tất cả các nội dung thi đấu sẽ có các giới hạn sau:
* Các giải Nhất, Nhì, Ba quốc gia và giải thưởng sẽ chỉ được trao cho các thí sinh có quốc tịch là Việt Nam trên website WCA. Các thí sinh có quốc tịch khác vẫn sẽ được trao giấy chứng nhận, nhưng sẽ không được nhận giải thưởng.
* Theo Quy định 9p2b, tất cả các vòng chung kết sẽ có 50% số chỗ hoặc 8 chỗ được giữ riêng cho các thí sinh có quốc tịch Việt Nam, tuy theo con số nào thấp hơn.

In the spirit of a National Championship, the following restrictions apply to all events:
* Only competitors whose nationality on the WCA website is listed as Vietnam may be eligible for the National Championship podium and prizes. Competitors with other nationalities will be awarded with certificates, but will not be eligible for any prizes.
* Per Regulation 9p2b, all finals will have either 50% of its spaces or 8 spaces reserved for competitors of Vietnamese nationality, whichever is the lower.

Do điều kiện hội trường thi đấu, giải Vietnam Championship năm nay sẽ là giải Vô địch Quốc gia đầu tiên không bao gồm bộ môn FMC. Các bạn thí sinh quan tâm đến bộ môn này có thể đăng ký tham dự giải đấu Vietnam FMC Championship 2026, sẽ được công bố trong thời gian tới đây.

Các thí sinh lần đầu tham dự một giải đấu WCA cần mang giấy tờ tùy thân khi check-in vào địa điểm thi đấu để hoàn thành thủ tục đăng ký. Ban tổ chức sẽ có một buổi hướng dẫn cho các thí sinh mới trước khi giải đấu bắt đầu.

Toàn bộ thí sinh cần nắm rõ các Quy định WCA trước khi tham dự giải đấu. Để nắm rõ các phần cơ bản về bản Quy định và các quy trình thi đấu, các bạn có thể xem video này của CubeHead. Thí sinh cũng nên đọc các bản Hướng dẫn thi đấu và Hướng dẫn trọng tài.

Toàn bộ các thí sinh đều có nhiệm vụ phải lên làm trọng tài (judge) hoặc người tráo đề (scrambler) nếu được gọi tên. Ban tổ chức có quyền truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không thực hiện nhiệm vụ mà không có lý do chính đáng.

Thí sinh nên đến hội trường ít nhất 15 phút trước khi nội dung thi đấu bắt đầu, đề phòng trường hợp lịch trình thay đổi. Ban tổ chức sẽ truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không có mặt khi được gọi tên.

Competitors should check their emails regularly so as to not miss announcements made by the organizing team.

First-time competitors are required to present personal documents (National Identification card/Passport) at the check-in desk at their first competition to verify their identity. A New Competitor Tutorial will be provided before the competition starts.

All competitors must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before the competition. An overview of the Regulations as well as competition procedures can be found in this video by CubeHead. Competitors are also encouraged to read the Competitor Tutorial as well as the Judging Tutorial.

Every competitor is obligated to serve as a judge or scrambler when called. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify a competitor who fails to serve without a valid reason.

Competitors should be present at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of their event to accommodate any scheduling changes. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify competitors who are not present when called to compete.

Before the competition, all competitors will receive an email containing important information about the competition, as well as a link to the competition's page on competitiongroups.com. Competitors are advised to access this link and click on their name to find their group assignments, as illustrated in the example above.

Các thí sinh tham dự các nội dung Giải bịt mắt 4x4x4 và Giải bịt mắt 5x5x5 phải đạt điều kiện sau:
* Thí sinh phải có ít nhất một lượt Giải bịt mắt 3x3x3 thành công.
* Kết quả Giải bịt mắt 3x3x3 tốt nhất của thí sinh đạt Top 20 trong số các thí sinh đã đăng ký thi nội dung tương ứng.
