There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $7,000 (Argentine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $7,000 (Argentine Peso).
Any spectator can attend for free.

🕙 Es de extrema importancia la puntualidad respecto al evento, sugerimos presentarse al menos 15 minutos antes del inicio de cada ronda.
📖 Es obligación de los competidores estar familiarizados con el Reglamento de la WCA.
Es necesario que todos los competidores conozcan el reglamento y se involucren ya sea colaborando como jueces, runners y/o scramblers
De lo contrario no es posible llevar la competencia a tiempo. De negarse a hacerlo se puede incurrir en alguna penalización.

🕙 It is of utmost importance to be on time during the event. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of each round.

All competitors must be available to help as a judge / runner / scrambler as requested per the WCA Regulations. Not doing so may incur in penalizations.
Al ser este el torneo más austral (es decir, más al sur) de toda la historia de la WCA, realizaremos un sorteo entre los participantes que pasen a la segunda ronda de 3x3 para que uno de ellos realice su primera solución de esa ronda en una mesa ubicada lo más al sur posible dentro del salón.
Esta solución será, por lo tanto, la más austral realizada en todos los campeonatos de la historia de la WCA.
El récord anterior es de Andrés Claros, con su solve de 8.888 realizada en la segunda ronda de Tierra del Fuego 2024 en la latitud -54.809767.
En este torneo, el récord fue de Omar Efraín Chodil Muñoz, con su solve de 16.04 realizada en la segunda ronda en la latitud -54.81534.
As this is the southernmost competition in the history of the WCA, we will randomly pick a person among the participants who advance to the second round of 3x3 so that one of them will make their first attempt of that round on a table located as far south as possible in the room.
This solution will therefore be the southernmost attempt to ever have been done in the history of WCA competitions.
The previos record was held by Andrés Claros, with his solve of 8.888 performed in Tierra del Fuego 2024 second round at latitude -54.809767.
In this competition, the record was set by Omar Efraín Chodil Muñoz, with his solve of 16.04 performed in the second round at latitude -54.81534.
¿Dónde está ubicado el Venue?
El salón Foyer Ego Pereda está ubicado dentro de la Casa de la Cultura “Enriqueta Gastelumendi“, en la planta baja a mano izquierda con un cartel indicando el nombre del salón.
¿Cómo llegar a la casa de la cultura?
La casa de la cultura está ubicada entre las calles “Avenida Jorge Garramuño”; “12 de octubre”; “Jainen” y “Avenida Malvinas Argentinas”, al lado del “Microestadio Cochocho Vargas”.
Se puede llegar de 3 maneras principalmente:
1. En auto particular/Uber/Taxi: Utilizando cualquiera de estos métodos se deberia indicar en la dirección de destino “Microestadio Cochocho Vargas” o “Sala Niní Marshall” (la sala principal dentro de la Casa de la Cultura)
2. En transporte público: Si quisieran utilizar este método las líneas de transporte urbano que llegan a la “Casa de la Cultura” son las líneas “A” y “D”.
3. Caminando: Se puede llegar por cualquiera de los 4 accesos de las respectivas calles que rodean a la “Casa de la Cultura”, pero lo más conveniente es ingresar por la calle “12 de octubre”, teniendo la entrada entre las calles “Avenida Malvinas Argentinas” y “Avenida Jorge Garramuño”.

Where is the Venue located?
The "Foyer Ego Pereda" hall is located inside the "Enriqueta Gastelumendi" House of Culture (Casa de la Cultura), on the ground floor to the left, marked with a sign indicating the hall's name.
How to get to the House of Culture?
The House of Culture is located between the streets "Avenida Jorge Garramuño", "12 de Octubre", "Jainen", and "Avenida Malvinas Argentinas", right next to the "Cochocho Vargas" Micro-stadium.
There are 3 main ways to get there:
1. By private car/Uber/Taxi: Using any of these methods, you should set the destination address as "Microestadio Cochocho Vargas" or "Sala Niní Marshall" (the main auditorium inside the House of Culture).
2. By public transport: If you wish to use this method, the urban bus lines that go to the "Casa de la Cultura" are lines "A" and "D".
3. Walking: You can arrive via any of the 4 access points from the respective streets surrounding the "Casa de la Cultura", but it is most convenient to enter via "12 de Octubre" street, using the entrance located between "Avenida Malvinas Argentinas" and "Avenida Jorge Garramuño".

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
