Prelims will be on the 16th. Semi-finals and finals will be on the 17th.
Registration fee will be $10 plus $2 per main event and $2 for any and all side events. (10 base, add 2 for each
additional main event, add 2 if they're doing any side events). Participation in side events will be limited only to people
that pre-register.
