🕙 Es de extrema importancia la puntualidad respecto al evento, sugerimos presentarse al menos 15 minutos antes del inicio de cada ronda.

📖 Es obligación de los competidores estar familiarizados con el Reglamento de la WCA.
Es necesario que todos los competidores conozcan el reglamento y se involucren ya sea colaborando como jueces, runners y/o scramblers
De lo contrario no es posible llevar la competencia a tiempo. De negarse a hacerlo se puede incurrir en alguna penalización.

Para mantener el lugar en buenas condiciones y garantizar un ambiente cómodo para todos los participantes, se solicita cuidar y respetar los espacios utilizados durante el torneo.

No está permitido comer ni tomar bebidas dentro del área destinada a la competencia. Esto incluye las mesas de competencia y las zonas cercanas donde se encuentren los participantes y organizadores. La medida busca evitar derrames, manchas o daños en el mobiliario y en el material utilizado durante el torneo.

El establecimiento cuenta con un bufet ubicado en planta baja, donde los participantes y acompañantes podrán comer y tomar bebidas. Además, allí podrán comprar alimentos, bebidas y otros productos durante el evento.

También se solicita mantener los espacios limpios, utilizar los cestos de basura disponibles y evitar dejar residuos en las mesas, sillas o zonas de competencia.

Agradecemos la colaboración de todos para cuidar las instalaciones y mantener un espacio limpio, ordenado y agradable durante todo el torneo.

To keep the venue in good condition and ensure a comfortable environment for all participants, everyone is asked to take care of and respect the spaces used during the competition.

Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the competition area. This includes the competition tables and nearby areas where competitors and organizers are present. This rule is intended to prevent spills, stains, or damage to the furniture and equipment used during the competition.

The venue has a buffet located on the ground floor, where competitors and guests may eat and drink. Food, beverages, and other products will also be available for purchase there during the event.

Please also help keep the venue clean by using the available trash bins and avoiding leaving any waste on tables, chairs, or in competition areas.
