Competitor List

Registrants must pay the registration fee in order to be added to the competitor list. Unpaid registrations will not be accepted.

Once the competitor list reaches the 40 competitor limit, registrants will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.

Waiting List

The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants submit their registration. If you are added to the waiting list, you will be informed via email. You can view the registration page to see your position on the waiting list.

If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After September 22, 2026, the competitor list will be finalized. Registrants on the waiting list may email Speedcubing Canada at any time to forfeit their spot on the waiting list.

If the competitor list fills up quickly, registration could close earlier than the originally listed date (September 22, 2026). The waiting list will close at the same time that registration closes.

Free Registration for UofT Students

University of Toronto students can register for this competition for free.

To do so, please provide your UofT email address in the comment field when registering and do not pay the registration fee.
