The base registration fee for this competition is €13 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.

No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Wichtig:
* Ohne Zahlung ist die Anmeldung nicht vollständig! Das Ausfüllen des Anmeldeformulars reserviert deinen Platz vorläufig. Erfolgt die Zahlung spätestens innerhalb einer Stunde nach Anmeldung, werden Teilnehmer in Reihenfolge ihres Anmeldezeitpunktes akzeptiert, ansonsten zählt der Zeitpunkt des Zahlungseingangs.
* Da die Zahlung mit PayPal nicht direkt mit dem WCA-Registrierungssystem verknüpft ist, kann eine Zahlung jederzeit (also auch bereits vor dem Ausfüllen des Anmeldeformulars) erfolgen. Falls der Name bei der Zahlung und der Name im Anmeldeformular nicht identisch sind, gib bitte den Namen des Teilnehmenden im Anmeldeformular im letzten Schritt des Zahlungsvorgangs an. Eine Zahlung gilt erst als geleistet, wenn wir die Zahlung eindeutig einem Teilnehmer zuordnen können!
* Falls das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du nach vollständiger Anmeldung inklusive Zahlung einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Danach erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte.

1. WCA-Account: Create a WCA account. This step is ONLY required for newcomers and competitors without a WCA account.
2. Registration form: Fill out the registration form and submit it.
3. Registration fee: The registration fee is 13 Euro and can be paid via PayPal using this link. Please note that you will need a PayPal account with a linked payment method.
Important:
* Your registration is not complete without payment! Filling out the registration form provisionally reserves your place. If payment is completed within one hour of registration at the latest, participants will be accepted in the order in which they registered; otherwise, the date of receipt of payment will be taken into account.
* Since PayPal payments are not directly linked to the WCA registration system, payments can be made at any time (i.e., even before completing the registration form). If the name used for the payment and the name on the registration form are not identical, please specify the participant's name on the registration form in the last step of the payment process. A payment is only considered complete once we can clearly assign it to a participant!
* If the participant limit has already been reached, you will be placed on the waiting list after completing your registration and payment. You will receive an email as soon as a spot becomes available for you.

Informationen für Neulinge
Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:
- Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vor zu zeigen (Regulation 2e). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.
- Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial (siehe Zeitplan) teilzunehmen.
- Alle Teilnehmenden sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich empfehlen wir euch einen Blick in das WCA Competition Tutorial, das Judging-Tutorial bzw. unsere deutschsprachige Teilnehmer-Anleitung. Dort findet ihr wichtige Infos zum Ablauf und zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb. Weiterhin bietet zum Beispiel auch dieses Video-Tutorial einen guten unterstützenden Einblick.
- Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.
Bei Unklarheiten oder wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.

Newcomer information
If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:
- According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.
- All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial (see schedule).
- Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial and the Judging Tutorial. We also recommend this video guide for a more visual impression.
- Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.

Anfahrt mit dem Auto:
Von der A93 kommend die Ausfahrt Teublitz nehmen, etwa 3km geradeaus bis zum Ende der Fischbacher Straße. An der Ampel links abbiegen in die Regensburger Straße, nach 300m rechts abbiegen. An der Schule vorbei bis zum Parkplatz direkt vor der Halle.
Anfahrt mit dem Zug:
Die nächstgelegenen Bahnhöfe befinden sich in Maxhütte-Haidhof (ca. 3.5 km entfernt) und Schwandorf (ca. 14 km entfernt).
Von beiden Bahnhöfen gibt es eine Busverbindung (Linie 41) nach Schwandorf. Die Fahrzeit beträgt in beiden Fällen ca. 20 Minuten, da der Bus von Maxhütte-Haidhof einen Umweg über Burglengenfeld fährt.
Die nächstgelegene Haltestelle ist Teublitz Rathaus (ca. 300m Fußweg von der Halle entfernt).

Travel with car:
From A93 take the exit Teublitz. At the end of the Fischbacher Straße turn left at the traffic lights. After 300m on the Regensburger Straße turn right. Pass the school and you get to the parking area in front of the gymnasium.
Travel with train:
The nearest railway stations are Maxhütte-Haidhof (about 3.5 km away) and Schwandorf (about 14 km away). From both stations you can take the bus line 41 to Teublitz. It takes in both cases about 20 minutes, since the bus from Maxhütte-Haidhof will go to Teublitz via Burglengenfeld.
The nearest bus stop is Teublitz Rathaus (about 300m away from the venue).

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
