[CRITICAL PARKING UPDATE]
Hello again competitors,
I apologize for the late email, but we have some critical information to provide on the parking situation on Auburn University campus in the morning.
While we were aware there were other events on campus occurring alongside the competition, we were not aware until now that a baseball related event will result in road closures and parking restrictions. I have provided a map from Auburn University on parking availability and road closures beginning tomorrow.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no reserved parking for the competition, and our event is not affiliated with the university’s gameday operations.
Please be prepared for the following:
-Road closure affecting nearby surface lots
-Reserved/paid parking going into effect in the morning
-Higher traffic volume than usual
We recommend the following options:
-Prepare to pay for parking in one of the reserved lots
-Park further away in areas such as the Mell St., Duncan Dr., and Lem Morrison Dr. lots or street parking
We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are not responsible for any improperly parked vehicles being towed or ticketed. We will do our best to accommodate competitors who are late due to this situation.
AUBURN UNIVERSITY GAMEDAY PARKING MAP
Most parking on campus is free and all-access on weekends. DO NOT PARK in the lot directly adjacent to the competition venue building (ACLC) as that lot is 24/7 faculty/staff only. There will be other events going on around campus on the day of the competition, so plan for time to find another parking lot just in case.
See the map below for a guide showing some nearby parking:

The competition room (102/108 as shown on the map) is on the east side of the first floor, just inside of the entrances indicated by the yellow paths. Please note that the ACLC building has other entrances, but these lead to the basement/0th floor and if you enter those you will have to find stairs or an elevator and make your way to rooms 102/108; we recommend just following either of the yellow paths shown on the map.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
