Registration cost is $15 online. LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL COMPETITORS AND GUESTS! Registration at the door will not be allowed. Free for Severna Park High School students. There is a 300 person competitor limit. This competition will feature raffles for popular cubing products as well as competition t-shirts sold. All proceeds will benefit SPHS Key Club's initiative to help children in need this holiday season.

Registration Fee:
There is a 300 competitor limit for Severna Park Showdown 2017, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration is $15, must be paid online via Stripe, and is nonrefundable after December 8th at 8PM EST. Spectators come in for free. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to allow people to pay in cash at the door. Registration is not final until payment is complete and your name appears on the competitor list. Registration is FREE for Severna Park High School Speedcubing Club members ONLY.

Competition will be held in Cafeteria.
Parking is free.
Drive through the main entrance and take the first left into the main parking lot (Senior lot). If this parking lot fills up, there is additional parking ahead, in the lot in front of the cafeteria's outside glass wall.
Enter through the main entrance of the school and take an immediate right down the hallway. The cafeteria will be on the right side. There will also be signs denoting directions on the day of the competition.
Hotels: There are multiple hotels located in Annapolis, about 15-20 minutes from the venue.
Airports: BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport is the closest.
Please follow all instructions or else your registration may be delayed.
There is a 300 person competitor limit.
Click on the register tab on the left side of the screen. In the comment section please include the name of the person who is paying for your registration.
Click on the Payment Link under your registration to pay for the competition via Stripe. To complete your registration you MUST pre-pay.
In 48 hours, if you do NOT see your name on the competitors list (the tab on the left side of the screen thay says "Competitors") then please send an email to the Contact on the General Info Tab. Failure to do any of these steps may result in a delay in registration.
** If the competitor would like to remove his/her registration (if you find out that you can't make it), refunds will only be offered by December 8th at 8PM. Any request to remove registration after 12/08 at 8PM EST will not result in a refunded registration fee.
We are planning a raffle to raise funding for SPHS Key Club to help children in need this Christmas.
We will be raffling off a brand new GAN 356 Air SM!
TheCubicle.us will be providing gift card prizes for podium winner in each event!
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
