Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.

2) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 50 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 19 de abril de 2024, 20:00 GMT-6 entra a la pestaña registrarse, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 50 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 48 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante la página oficial del Team Jalisco o por correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com

Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.

1) Sign up or sign in in the WCA website.
2) This competition has a limit for 50 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in WCA competition since 2022, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On April 19 at 8:00 PM CDT enter to the register and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 50 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 48 hours to complete your paiment.

6) Once you complete all the email steps your registration are going to be accepted.

Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

EVERY PAYMENT DONE BEFORE THE REGISTER OPENS OR WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE ORGANIZATION TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A DONATION.

Para llegar al CECATI 63 DGCFT recomendamos el uso del transporte público de la ciudad u otros servicios de transporte como Uber o InDrive.

A continuación te mostramos algunas alternativas para llegar de distintos puntos de interés a la sede en transporte publico:

Central de autobuses -> CECATI 63 DGCFT

Salir de la estación y caminar a mano izquierda hacia la av Palma Real

Posterior mente tomar cualquier ruta que tenga un letrero que diga "centro"

La parada del camión es justo una calle después de los arcos en el malecón

Una vez bajes del camión caminas hacia la zapatería 3 hermanos y das vuelta a la derecha siguiendo 2 cuadras, llegando a la esquina damos vuelta hacia la izquierda y es el edificio del lado izquierdo

La sede es en el tercer piso del edificio del lado izquierdo (el que esta más cerca del malecón)

Aeropuerto -> CECATI 63 DGCFT

Saliendo del aeropuerto nos dirigimos hacia el puente peatonal donde se encuentra la parada de camión

Podemos tomar cualquier ruta que diga "centro", a excepción de los camiones que dicen "Palmas" (ya que esos te dejan hasta ley a 15 cuadras aprox)

La parada del camión es justo una calle después de los arcos en el malecón

Una vez bajes del camión caminas hacia la zapatería 3 hermanos y das vuelta a la derecha siguiendo 2 cuadras, llegando a la esquina damos vuelta hacia la izquierda y es el edificio del lado izquierdo

La sede es en el tercer piso del edificio del lado izquierdo (el que esta más cerca del malecón)

To get to CECATI 63 DGCFT we recommend you to use the public transportation or another services like Uber or InDrive.

Here are some ways to get to the venue from some points of interest:

Bus station to -> CECATI 63 DGCFT

Get out of the station and walk to the left towards Palma Real Aavenue.

Afterwards, take any route that has a sign that says "centro"

The bus stop is just one street after los arcos on the malecón

Once you get off the bus, walk towards the 3 Hermanos shoe store and turn right and continue for 2 blocks. When you reach the corner, turn left and it is the building on the left side.

The place is on the third floor of the building on the left side (the one closest to the malecón)

Airport to -> CECATI 63 DGCFT

Leaving the airport we head towards the pedestrian bridge where the bus stop is located.

We can take any route that says "centro", except for the buses that say "Palmas" (since those take you to LEY approximately 15 blocks away)

The bus stop is just one street after los arcos on the malecón

Once you get off the bus, walk towards the 3 Hermanos shoe store and turn right and continue for 2 blocks. When you reach the corner, turn left and it is the building on the left side.

The place is on the third floor of the building on the left side (the one closest to the malecón)

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:

• Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 50 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
• Hasta el 24 de mayo de 2024, 23:59 GMT-6. cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
• Después del 24 de mayo de 2024, 23:59 GMT-6., se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
• Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
• Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar tu reembolso del 100% al correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com El reembolso se realizara manualmente por lo que debes de ser paciente en lo que se realiza tu reembolso.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:
