Final Schedule

Note: All rounds after Lunch will be held as soon as the previous round finishes, in order to end as early as possible.

Definitions of Time Restraints

Cutoff: In a Combined Round, a competitor must achieve a solve strictly better than the Cutoff on one of their first X attempts in order to be eligible for all attempts in the round. (Example: A competitor registered for 5x5x5 Cube must achieve a solve better than 3:00 on at least one of their first 2 attempts in order to be eligible to receive all 5 attempts in the round. Otherwise, the competitor only receives the initial 2 attempts.)
Time Limit: For all attempts, a competitor's solve is stopped at the Time Limit pertaining to the round, and the attempt is recorded as DNF (Did Not Finish) (Exception: 3x3x3 Fewest Moves, 3x3x3 Multi-Blind).

Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the Pavilion.

Food

The event is not providing food. Competitors and spectators are responsible for finding food as needed.
There are several restaurants on Cerillos Rd and St Michaels Dr, including Taco Bell, Sonic, Burger King, Counter Culture for coffee.

What is this?

This competition will use a group system to call up competitors. Instead of calling competitors up one at a time by name, competitors will be called to compete by their group label. The list of competitor groups will be posted at the competition, as well as remain available here.

Groups are made for first rounds only. For subsequent rounds (e.g. 3x3x3 Cube, Second Round), competitors will be announced by name.

What your group label means

All competitors with the same group number will be called to compete at the same time.
The letter after the number (a, b, or c) is the scrambling table to report to. (The scrambling tables are labelled A, B, and C.)

Helping Requirements

All competitors are required to judge! Each competitor is required to replace their judge when they finish their solves for the round. Competitors who are not competing in a particular round must be available to help. Parents are highly encouraged to help by being runners. Returning competitors are held to a higher standard, and can expect to be asked to judge/scramble and must be avaialble to do so when not competing.
