Estamos muy emocionados de anunciar Rubí Guanajuato 2025 la 2da competencia oficial en el municipio de San José Iturbide .
Los dos "arcos" son un monumento al Bicentenario de la Independencia del pais haciendo alusión a "CC" en número romano.
Esta competencia es reconocida como una competencia oficial de la Asociación Mundial de Cubos. Por lo tanto, todos los competidores deben estar familiarizados y entender el reglamento de la WCA antes de la competencia.

We are very excited to announce Rubí Guanajuato 2025, the 2nd official competition in the municipality of San José Iturbide.
This competition is recognized as an official competition of the World Cube Association. Therefore, all competitors must be familiar with and understand the WCA regulations prior to competition.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $180 (Mexican Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

En la pestaña ¿Cómo registrarse? está la información detallada para realizar el registro.
Selecciona las categorías en las que deseas competir.
Una vez que te registres el equipo organizador te mandara un correo electrónico con los datos bancarios para que puedas realizar el pago de tu inscripción.
Tendrás 24 horas para realizar el pago, de lo contrario se dará el lugar al siguiente en la lista. Si realizas el pago fuera del lapso, pasaras al ultimó en la lista de pagados o en lista de espera.
Los registros se aprueban manualmente de acuerdo al orden de llegada. Te pedimos paciencia durante este proceso.
De acuerdo al Reglamento de la WCA, todos los competidores deberán estar disponibles para mezclar o juecear Revisa las reglas 1e2 y 1f2.
Todos los competidores deben de presentarse al registro de lo contrario puedes ser descalificado. Revisa la regla 2k1
Los competidores nuevos deberan de llevar una identificación oficial y presentarla en el Check-in de la competencia.
Si el límite de competidores es alcanzado pasaras a lista de espera. Puedes revisar el número de competidores en Competidores.

In the How to Register tab, you will find detailed information on how to complete your registration.
Select the events you wish to compete in.
Once you register, the organizing team will send you an email with the bank details so that you can make the payment of your registration.
You will have 24 hours to make the payment, otherwise the place will be given to the next on the list. If you pay outside of this time period, you will move to the last one on the paid or waiting list.
Registrations are approved manually in the order they are received. Please be patient during this process.
According to the WCA Regulations, all competitors must be available to scramble or judge. Please review rules 1e2 and 1f2.
All competitors must check in; otherwise, you may be disqualified. Please review rule 2k1.
New competitors must bring an official ID and present it at the competition check-in.
If the competitor limit is reached, you will be moved to the waiting list. You can check the number of competitors in the Competitors section.

Si ya has asistido a otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 2.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 2.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAId, realiza los pasos del siguiente video Como reclamar WCAid

2.- En la Pestaña de registro Registro selecciona tus categorias y da clic en "registrarse".

3.- Revisa tu correo electronico incluyendo la Bandeja de SPAM.Si eres de los primeros 80 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago de $ 180 M.X.N (ciento ochenta pesos M.X.N.). Tu registro no está completo hasta que se haya pagado la cuota de registro.

4.- Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante rubik.guanajuato@gmail.com

5.- Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada.

6.- Corrobora apareces en la sección competidores.

7.- Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

If you have already attended another official competition and have already linked your account, you can go to point number 2.
If you already have participated in WCA competition since 2022, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 2.
If you have already participated in another official competition but you do not have your WCAId linked, perform the following steps how to claim

2.- In the Registration tab, choose your events and click on “register”.

Información de la lista de espera:

Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 80 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
Hasta el 22 de Junio de 2025, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
Después del 22 de Junio, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

Waitlist information:

If the limit of 80 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a spot on the waitlist.
Until June 22nd, any competitor can cancel their registration and allow the first person on the waitlist to take their place.
After June 22nd, they will be removed from the waitlist and all competitors on it will receive a 100% refund.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the competition in any way. No competitor on the waitlist will be able to participate on the competition days.
If you are on the waitlist, you can request a 100% refund of your payment at any time by mail.

¿Pueden competir personas de cualquier edad?
Sí, competidores de cualquier edad pueden inscribirse.

¿Puedo inscribirme si nunca he competido antes?
Sí, cualquier persona puede inscribirse solo ten en cuenta que varias categorías tienen un tiempo corte, el cual debes cumplir para poder terminar tus 5 resoluciones.

¿Debo llevar mi propio cubo?
Sí, cada competidor es responsable de llevar el cubo de cada una de las categorías a las que se inscribieron.

¿Puedo llegar solo a la categoría en la que me inscribí o debo asistir desde el primer día?
Tú eres libre de llegar y retirarte a la hora que desees. Considera que de no llegar a tiempo para competir, puedes ser descalificado. Por eso se pide llegar con 1 hora de anticipación a tu primera categoría.

¿Qué debo llevar?
Lo único que debes traer son tus cubos, pero tambíen te recomendamos llevar hidratación y un snack.

¿Cómo me inscribo?
Puedes encontrar toda la información en la pestaña ¿Cómo Registrarse? / How to register?

¿Es necesario presentarme a la hora de registro?
No es necesario si no te toca participar, sólo asegúrate de llegar 1 hora antes de la primera categoría en la que te toque participar.

Can people of any age compete?
Yes, competitors of any age can register.

Can I register if I've never competed before?
Yes, anyone can register, but please note that several categories have a time limit that you must meet to complete your 5 resolutions.

Do I need to bring my own cube?
Yes, each competitor is responsible for bringing the cube for each of the categories they have registered for.

Can I only attend the category I registered for, or do I have to attend from the first day?
You are free to arrive and leave at any time you wish. Keep in mind that if you do not arrive on time to compete, you may be disqualified. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive 1 hour before your first category.

What should I bring?
The only thing you need to bring is your cubes, but we also recommend bringing hydration and a snack.

How do I register?

Is it necessary to show up at the registration time?
It is not necessary if you are not scheduled to participate. Just make sure to arrive 1 hour before your first scheduled category.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
