Para participar en esta competencia, debes estar de acuerdo con los siguientes términos:

1. Estar familiarizado con las Regulaciones de la WCA.
2. Elegir cuidadosamente los eventos en los que deseas participar. Revisa el horario y ten muy presente el formato de las rondas, cortes y límites.
3. Registrarte completando el formulario oficial.
4. Tener en cuenta que la fecha límite de registro es el 21 de Julio de 2026 a las 20:00.
5. Revisar la inversión necesaria 💰 según los eventos que elijas:
- 1 categoría → 7 USD
- 2 o más categorías → 10 USD
- Los montos se calculan a la tasa del día del BCV. El pago se realiza en bolívares según la tasa oficial del BCV del día del pago.
6. Elegir el método de pago 💸:

🚀 How do I register?

To participate in this competition, you must agree to the following terms:

1. Be familiar with the WCA Regulations.
2. Carefully choose the events you wish to participate in. Check the schedule and keep in mind the round formats, cuts, and limits.
3. Register by completing the official form.
4. Keep in mind that the registration deadline is July 21, 2026 at 8:00 PM.
5. Check the required investment 💰 based on the events you choose:
- 1 event → 7 USD
- 2 or more events → 10 USD
- Amounts are calculated at the BCV daily exchange rate. Payment must be made in bolivars according to the official BCV rate on the day of payment.
6. Choose the payment method 💸:

7. Make the payment according to the amounts and methods indicated above.

Si llegas a la Av. Las Ferias:
Metro
Puedes tomar el Metro desde la Estación Palotal hasta la Estación Cedeño. Luego, tomar un autobus hasta el Sambil.
Autobus
Puedes tomar un autobus desde la Av. Las Ferias, hasta la Avenida Cedeño. Luego, tomar otro autobús hasta el Sambil.
Si vienes desde el Big Low Center (Terminal de Pasajeros) esta sería la ruta. Puedes tomar un taxi o tomar transporte público hasta la Av. Cedeño y ahí tomar una ruta hasta Mañongo.
Si vienes desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Arturo Michelena, la mejor opción será un taxi por la distancia y lo engorroso que sería por transporte público. Sin embargo, si necesitas algún tipo de información adicional, no dudes en contactarnos.
Si vienes desde cualquier ruta que empalma en la Encrucijada de Carabobo, seguirás la Autopista hasta llegar a la bifurcación de San Blas, por donde seguirás hacia la Autopista del Este hasta llegar al Sector Mañongo que es donde está ubicado el Centro Comercial Sambil.
Si vienes desde la Autopista del Centro en Sentido Maracay-Valencia, tomaremos como punto de referencia la Estación de Servicio Mi Bohío. Siguiendo la Autopista Regional del Centro, justo al llegar al Distribuidor de San Blas, debes girar a la derecha para tomar la Autopista del Este hasta el Sector Mañongo que es donde está ubicado el Centro Comercial Sambil.
El sitio es de fácil acceso y ubicación. Debido a que es uno de los principales centros comerciales de la Ciudad de Valencia y toda su zona metropolitana.
Ubicado en la Urbanización Jardín Mañongo en el municipio Naguanagua, en la Avenida 4. Este es accedido a través de la Autopista del Este en ruta hacia Puerto Cabello / Variante de Barbula.
El torneo se llevará a cabo en la 1ra Base del Centro Comercial, el lugar posee Sanitarios, Feria de Comida y hay hotel cerca para quien lo amerite.

If you arrive at Av. Las Ferias:
Subway
You can take the subway from Palotal Station to Cedeño Station. Then, take a bus to the Sambil.
Bus
You can take a bus from Av. Las Ferias to Av. Cedeño. Then, take another bus to the Sambil.
If you are coming from the Big Low Center (Passenger Terminal) this would be the route. You can take a taxi or public transportation to Av. Cedeño and then take a bus to Mañongo.
If you are coming from Arturo Michelena International Airport, the best option will be a taxi for the distance and how cumbersome it would be to use public transportation. However, if you need any additional information, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you are coming from any route that joins at the Carabobo Crossroads, you will follow the highway until you reach the San Blas fork, where you will continue towards the Eastern Highway until you reach the Mañongo Sector, where the Sambil Shopping Center is located.
If you are coming from the Autopista del Centro in the Maracay-Valencia direction, we will take as a reference point the Mi Bohío Service Station. Following the Autopista Regional del Centro, just when you reach the San Blas Distributor, you must turn right to take the Autopista del Este to the Mañongo Sector, where the Sambil Shopping Center is located.
The site is easily accessible and located. Because it is one of the main commercial centers of the city of Valencia and its metropolitan area.

▪️ Es importante que los competidores nuevos que desconocen un poco la dinámica, lleguen a tiempo para poder estar presentes en el Tutorial para Nuevos competidores. Recordemos que el desarrollo de la competencia depende de todos los participantes.
▪️ Si no se ha registrado, puede obtener toda la información correspondiente en la pestaña ¿Cómo registrarse?
▪️ Tutorial para jueces y Tutorial para competidores, para que tengan idea de qué hacer cuando lleguen a una estación en caso de que sea llamado a actuar como juez y para cuando pase a competir. Igualmente, toda esta información se impartirá antes del inicio de la competencia.
▪️ Padres, representantes y público en general, debe permanecer a una distancia mínima de 1.5 mts. del área de resolución.
▪️ Los competidores deben estar presentes al momento de ser llamados en la competencia.
▪️ Los cubos electrónicos (smartcubes), cubos con fibra de carbono, cubos con doble logo, no están permitidos en la competencia.
▪️ Los competidores que asisten por primera vez deben llevar su identificación oficial (Cédula, Pasaporte, partida de nacimiento).

▪️ It is important that new competitors who are not familiar with the dynamics arrive in time to be present at the Tutorial for New Competitors. Remember that the development of the competition depends on all the participants.

▪️ Tutorial for judges and Tutorial for competitors , to give you an idea of what to do when you arrive at a station in case you are called to act as a judge and as competitor. Likewise, all this information will be provided prior to the start of the competition.
▪️ Parents, representatives and the general public must remain at least 1.5 meters away from the competition area.
▪️ Competitors must be present at the time of being called to the competition.
▪️ Electronic cubes (smartcubes), carbon fiber cubes, double logo cubes, are not allowed in the competition.
▪️ Competitors attending for the first time must bring their official identification (ID card, passport, birth certificate).
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
