• المسافرون: يجب على المتسابقين الذين يخططون للسفر لحضور المسابقة اتباع المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه بالإضافة إلى اتباع أي متطلبات للمسافرين إلى البحرين. يجب على المتسابقين أيضًا تقديم نتيجة فحص مختبري سلبي لفيروس كورونا يتم إجراؤه في موعد لا يتجاوز٤٨-٧٢ ساعة قبل المسابقة
• لن يُسمح للمتسابقين الذين يواجهون أي أعراض حمى أو فيروس كورونا بالمشاركة في المسابقة. من فضلك لا تحضر إذا واجهت أي أعراض
• أقنعة الوجه إلزامية في جميع الأوقات أثناء المسابقة
• لا يُسمح بحضور الضيوف للمتسابقين الذين تبلغ أعمارهم ١٦ عامًا أو أكثر. يسمح للمتسابقون الذين تقل أعمارهم عن ١٦ عاما الحضور بصحبة ولي امر واحد فقط
• يجب على المتسابقين تطهير مكعباتهم قبل تقديمها للخبطة
• يجب الحفاظ على التباعد الاجتماعي في المسابقة في جميع الأوقات
• سيتم إجراء فحوصات درجة الحرارة عند الدخول إلى المجمع

English:

• The current health alert level in Bahrain is Green which requires all attendees of indoor events to be vaccinated against or recovered from COVID19 for attendees aged 12 or above. For attendees below the age of 12, they must be accompanied by a COVID19 vaccinated or recovered guardian (Source).
• Travellers: Competitors planning to travel to attend the competition must follow the above requirements in addition to following any requirements for travellers to Bahrain. Competitors must also submit a negative COVID19 PCR test conducted no later than 48-72 hours prior to the competition.
• Competitors facing any fever or COVID19 symptoms will not be allowed to participate in the competition. Please do not attend if you experience any symptoms.
• Face masks are mandatory at all times during the competition.
• Guests are not allowed for competitors aged 16 or above. Competitors below the age of 16 may be accompanied by only one parent/guardian.
• Competitors must sanitize their cubes before submitting them for scrambling.
• Social distancing must be maintained at the competition at all times.
• Temperature checks will be in place upon entry to the mall.

1. Submit your registration on the WCA site. Once you register you will be placed on the waiting list.
2. After completing your registration, please submit this form related to your vaccination.
3. Once your registration is accepted you will get an email confirming that (if you don't get an acceptance email after a week please contact the organizers).
4. Returning competitors (competitors who competed at a WCA competition before) are required to claim their WCA ID before their registration is accepted.

Attending the Competition / حضور المسابقة

عربي:

• يرجى احضار بطاقة الهوية أو جواز السفر للتأكد من بيانات المتسابق
• يرجى إحضار الدليل على التطعيم / التعافي من فيروس كورونا أو تطعيم / تعافي الوصي الخاص بك من
• للمسافرين فقط: يرجى إحضار دليل على أن اختبار السلبي صالح لمدة لا تزيد عن ٤٨-٧٢ ساعة قبل تاريخ المسابقة
• يرجى الالتزام بأوقات المسابقة والحضور في الوقت المناسب
• احضار مكعباتكم الخاصة للمسابقة والتأكد من المكعبات المقبولة حسب القوانين
• يجب على جميع المتسابقين التواجد في حال احتياج المنظمين لمحكمين أو ملخبطين للمكعبات في وقت المسابقة

English:

• Please ensure to carry your ID card or passport with you on the day of the competition so that we can verify your personal information
• Please carry evidence of your COVID19 vaccination/recovery (or your guardian's COVID19 vaccination/recovery)
• For travellers only: Please carry evidence of your negative PCR test valid for not later than 48-72 hours before the date of the competition.
• Please attend on time (you can refer to the schedule tab for the exact times)
• Bring your own cubes for the competition and make sure you check the regulations for acceptable puzzles
• All competitors must be available for judging and/or scrambling during the competition
