You can still register for the waitlist by registering and paying the registration fee normally. We will send you an email if you make it to the competitor list. If you feel that your fee should be waived for any reason, let us know when we accept your registration and you will be refunded. You are not considered on the waitlist until the payment is made.

If you are on the registration list and find that you cannot make it, please let us know! We will refund your registration fee and let another competitor onto the list. We want to allow as many people to compete as we possibly can.

The deadline for this is August 27th, 2017 at 8:00 PM EDT, when registration closes. No refunds will be given to registered competitors past this point.

On August 27th, 2017 at 8:00 PM EDT, if you are still on the waitlist and you have paid, your registration fee will be refunded. So, you will not lose your fee if you never make it to the competitors' list.

There is a 115 competitor limit for Rally In The Valley 2017, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registration is $10, must be paid online via Stripe, and is nonrefundable after August 28th. Spectators come in for free. Registration is not final until payment is complete and your name appears on the competitor list.

There is NO AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations. If you are new to competing, you may want to look at CubingUSA's Competitor Tutorial.

Parking: Free Parking is available in the lots surrounding the Science and Health Professions Building, and the larger lot next to the Paul Wolk Library if needed.

The venue is the Carl and Emily Thompson Conference Center which is located inside the Corron Community Development Center

For Lunch there is a Subway in the Student Union, and a walkway in front of the water leads from the Student Union to the venue.

Please follow all instructions or else your registration may be delayed.

There is a 115 person competitor limit.

Click on the register tab on the left side of the screen. In the comment section please include the name of the person who is paying for your registration.
Click on the Payment Link under your registration to pay for the competition via Stripe. To complete your registration you MUST pre-pay.
In 48 hours, if you do NOT see your name on the competitors list (the tab on the left side of the screen thay says "Competitors") then please send an email to the Contact on the General Info Tab. Failure to do any of these steps may result in a delay in registration.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
