El espacio para la realización del torneo, así como el apoyo en mobiliario y otros, es gentilmente otorgado por Real Plaza Pucallpa. Agradecemos tambien a tienda de cubos GeekStore por su participación y auspicio en este evento junto a Jhonatan Reategui como organizador.
LIMITE
El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 50. Recomendamos completar el registro con la debida anticipación.
El registro se cerrará cuando el límite de participantes se alcance o en su defecto el día miercoles 1 de abril del 2020.
COSTO
El costo de la inscripción es de 8 soles de base y 4 soles por evento (Ver detalles de pago más abajo), el cual servirá para cubrir los gastos del torneo y la tarifa de la WCA.
*Como saber cuánto pagar: multiplicar el número de modalidades en las que estés inscrito por 4 (costo por modalidad) y sumarle 8 soles (costo de inscripción). Ejemplo: si participas en 2x2 y 3x3 (2 modalidades x4=8) más el costo de inscripción serían (8+8) igual a 16 nuevos soles.
REGISTRO
La participación en este torneo requiere de la compleción exitosa de los siguientes requisitos:
1. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
2. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar la pestaña Horario. Prestar atención a los formato de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
3. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
4. Competidores de Pucallpa deben realizar el pago en el stand de GeekStore Real Plaza 2do nivel al lado de las escaleras eléctricas. Otros deberan contactar al organizador.
5. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.
El registro se considera completo cuando se ha completado el registro electrónico y se ha hecho el pago.

LIMIT
The tournament has a limit on the number of participants equal to 50. We recommend completing the registration with due anticipation.
Registration closes when the limit of participants is reached or failing on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
COST
The registration fee is 8 base soles and 4 soles per event (See payment details below), which will cover the tournament expenses and the WCA rate.
- How to know how much to pay: multiply the number of modalities in which you are enrolled by 4 (cost per modality) and add 8 soles (registration fee). Example: if you participate in 2x2 and 3x3 (2 modalities x4 = 8) plus the registration fee would be (8 + 8) equal to 16 nuevos soles.
REGISTRY
Participation in this tournament requires the successful completion of the following requirements:
1. Know the WCA regulations since this is an official tournament.
2. Choose the events to register carefully after reviewing the Schedule tab. Pay attention to the format of the rounds and their cuts and limits.
3. Register electronically by completing the process here.
4. Competitors from Pucallpa must pay the fee by going to the GeekStore Real Plaza 2nd level stand next to the escalators. Others must contact the organizer
5. Wait for the electronic registration to be accepted.
Registration is considered complete when the electronic registration has been completed and payment has been made.

PRELIMINARY RESULTS
Preliminary results, and those classified in subsequent rounds, can be seen almost in real time on WCA Live.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
