There is a competitor limit of 70 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₲30,000 (Paraguayan Guaraní).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.
Una vez realizada la inscripción el competidor ingresa a una lista de espera, se debe proceder al pago de la inscripción para que la misma quede aceptada y completa
Participantes provenientes del exterior podrán pagar el día de la competencia previa notificación a los organzadores del evento
Los demás participantes podrán pagar a través del servicio SIPAP (transferencia bancaria) a la cuenta:

Se debe enviar el comprobante de transferencia al mail victororrego83@gmail.com o al número celular 0961 886 029 indicando el nombre del competidor, una vez recibido el comprobante se procederá a aceptar su inscrición en un periodo de 24hs.

Once the registration has been completed, the competitor enters on a waiting list. The registration payment must be made so that it is accepted and complete
Participants from abroad may pay on the day of the competition after notifying to the organizers
The other participants will be able to pay through SIPAP service (bank transfer) to the account:

The proof of payment must be sent to the email victororrego@gmail.com or to the phone number 0961 886 029 specifying the competitor's name, once it is received we will proceed to accept your registration within 24hs
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
