Welcome to the Second Edition of Pony Open Morelia 2025
This competition is open to the general public!
We hope all competitors enjoy the competition and the city.
If you have any questions, clarifications, or special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association (WCA) competition. Therefore, all competitors must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $180 (Mexican Peso).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

- Los competidores nuevos deberan de llevar una identificación oficial y presentarla en el Check-in de la competencia.
- Si el límite de competidores es alcanzado pasaras a lista de espera. Puedes revisar el número de competidores en Competidores.

- Registrations are approved manually in the order they are received. Please be patient during this process.
- According to the WCA Regulations, all competitors must be available to scramble or judge. Please review rules 1e2 and 1f2.
- All competitors must check in; otherwise, you may be disqualified. Please review rule 2k1.
- Only new competitors or competitors with a linked WCA ID will be accepted.
- New competitors must bring an official ID and present it at the competition check-in.
- If the competitor limit is reached, you will be moved to the waiting list. You can check the number of competitors in the Competitors section.

Before registering, please read the following steps carefully. YOU MUST COMPLY WITH ALL OF THEM.
1) This competition has a quota of 80 competitors, check if there is still room in the Competitors section.
2) Register or log in to the WCA page.
3) On May 17th, go to the Register tab and select your categories:

If you have any questions or problems with your registration, please contact the organizing team immediately by email.
5) Please note that registrations are accepted manually, so we ask for your patience during this process. Once you have been accepted, you will be able to verify this in the Competitors tab.
6) Please keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder. There may be important news or updates about the competition. Once registration is complete, schedules may be modified or updated.
INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 80 competidores, aún puedes registrarte para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
Hasta el 2 de junio de 2025, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:
If the limit of 80 competitors has been reached, you can still register to secure a spot on the waitlist.
Until June 2th 2025, any competitor can cancel their registration and allow the first person on the waitlist to take their place.
After , competitors will be removed from the waitlist.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the competition in any way. No competitor on the waitlist will be able to participate on the competition day.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
