Blindfolded Events Only
The only events at this competition are blindfolded events, which require a significant amount of practice and concentration. All attendees, including competitors and guests, are asked to please remain quiet at this competition to allow competitors to concentrate.
FMC Canada 2026
FMC Canada 2026 (Pickering location) will take place at the same venue. If you are registering for both competitions, you must register for each competition separately.
Note for New Competitors
Although first-timers are welcome to compete if they know how to solve puzzles blindfolded (please note Regulation 2k6), this might not be the best experience for new competitors. Please consider registering for another competition if this one isn't for you.
Notice of Filming and Photography
Attendees of Speedcubing Canada competitions consent to their images being used by Speedcubing Canada and its partners in marketing materials, social media and other digital platforms.

No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.
Guest Limit
Space is limited in the venue and our priority is allowing as many competitors as possible to compete within our limited venue space.
Competitors may bring at most one (1) guest. Competitors over the age of 18 are encouraged to come without a guest.
Competitor List
Registrants must pay the registration fee in order to be added to the competitor list. Unpaid registrations will not be accepted.
Once the competitor list reaches the 40 competitor limit, registrants who pay the registration fee will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.
Waiting List
The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants paid the registration fee. If you are added to the waiting list, you will be informed via email. You can view your position on the waiting list on the registration page.
If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After May 29, 2026, the competitor list will be finalized and registrants who are still on the waiting list will be refunded 100% of their registration fee. Registrants on the waiting list may email Speedcubing Canada at any time to forfeit their spot on the waiting list and be refunded 100% of their registration fee.
If the competitor list fills up quickly, registration could close earlier than the originally listed date (May 29, 2026). The waiting list will close at the same time that registration closes.
Parking is free at the venue. The nearest bus stop is Kingston Rd. @ Rougemount Dr. and the nearest train stations are Rouge Hill GO and Pickering GO.
There are several food options within a ~3-minute drive or ~15-minute walk from the venue, including Burger King, Thai One On, Swiss Chalet, Wendy's or Tim Hortons.
Groups and judging assignments to be posted here after registration closes. These "groups" are when you are assigned to compete, judge, and/or scramble during an event you are registered for.
Per Regulations 1e2 and 1f2, all competitors must be available to help judge and scramble.
Please plan to arrive to each of your groups 5 minutes before it is scheduled to begin. Showing up excessively late to your group may result in not being allowed to compete in that event.
There is a public Wi-Fi network called City of Pickering that you can use access live results during the competition.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Regulation A1a2).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
