General information

Participation fee is 5€ for those who pre-register well in advance on the WCA website. If you register on or after April 1, participation fee will be 10€. You can pay on the spot, when you arrive at the venue. Payments are made only in cash. We strongly advise competitors to pre-register on the WCA website well in advance in order to secure a spot at the competition. No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Waiting list

A limit of 40 competitors has been set due to venue size restrictions. If the limit has been reached, you will be put to a waiting list. If a registered competitor withdraws their registration then the next competitor from the waiting list will be accepted.

Confirmation email

If the competitor limit has been reached, confirmation emails will be sent out about two weeks before the competition. In order to finalize your registration, it is mandatory to follow the instructions noted in the email. Please check your spam folder and have a look at your inbox multiple times before the competition.

Üldinfo

Osavõtutasu on 5€ neile, kes registreeruvad varakult WCA veebilehel. Kui te registreerute 1. aprillil või peale seda, siis osavõtutasu on 10€. Maksta saab kohapeal, kui saabute võistluspaika ja ainult sularahas. Me soovitame tungivalt võistlejatel varakult registreeruda WCA veebilehel, et kindlustada endale koht võistlusel. Kohapeal registreerumine pole lubatud.

Ootejärjekord

Seoses võistluspaiga suurusega on osalejate limiidiks määratud 40 võistlejat. Kui limiit on saavutatud, siis pannakse teid ootejärjekorda. Kui registreerunud võistleja tühistab oma registreeringu, siis järjekorras järgmine võistleja lubatakse võistlema.

Kinnitusmeil

Kui võistlejate limiit on saavutatud, siis saadetakse kõigile kinnitusmeilid umbes kaks nädalat enne võistlust. Registreerumise kinnitamiseks on kohustuslik järgida meilis välja toodud juhiseid. Palun kontrollige oma spämmikausta ning vaadake oma meili mitu korda enne võistlust.

Each competitor must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition. Regulations are available on the WCA website. You can have a look at this video to get a basic overview of the regulations. Each first time competitor must have a valid form of ID with them for identification.

General information

The competition will be held at Pärnu Sütevaka Humanitaargümnaasium. The address is Lõuna 20, Pärnu. Look it on a map:

Food

Since the venue is located in the city center, there are restaurants, cafés and grocery stores nearby. You can visit Steffani pizza, which is the nearest place to the venue. You can also eat in the town centre. There are three main malls. Each of them have various restaurants and cafés. Have a look at Port Artur, Port Artur 2 and Pärnu Keskus on a map:

Arriving and leaving by bus:

The venue is 5 minutes away from Pärnu bus station.

Arriving and leaving by train is complicated, because the venue is 6 km away from the train station.

On weekends, parking in Pärnu is free. You can park aside the school in the street.
