If the number of participants are more than 150 in any event, we may restrict the further participants. Partipants needs to pre-register in WCA and they will not be allowed to do any spot registrations on 3rd or 4th December 2016 to participate. Participation registration closes on 1st December 2016 at 9:00pm IST. Payment should be made before 1st December 2016 at 9:00pm IST to get the registration confirmation. Participation will be cancelled if there is a failure of registration and payment before the given cut off time.
All the participants are recommended to be available 30 minutes before the event of participation in the venue. Non-Indian nationality participants are requested to bring their passport.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
