¡Bienvenidos al Nayar Open 2023, el primer torneo oficial en el hermoso estado de Nayarit!. Este evento emocionante y lleno de velocidad se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Tepic los días 19 y 20 de agosto de 2023. ¡Prepárate para vivir una experiencia única y desafiar tus habilidades en la resolución del cubo Rubik.
El Nayar Open 2023 reunirá a cuberos de todo el estado de Nayarit y más allá, brindándoles la oportunidad de mostrar su destreza y competir en una variedad de modalidades y categorías. Tanto si eres un principiante como un profesional experimentado, este torneo ofrece una oportunidad para que todos participen y se diviertan.

This is the first tournament organized by Team Nayarit.
This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors must be familiar with the WCA regulations.

Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir, debes cumplir con todos:
1) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.
2) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 70 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.
3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4:
- Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
- Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCA ID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro.
- Si ya has competido y tu WCA ID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.
4) El día sabado 22 de julio de 2023 a las 7:00 PM GMT-7 (America/Mazatlan), u 8:00 PM GMT-6 (America/Mexico City), entra a la pestaña Registro, selecciona tus categorías y haz clic en "registrarse".
5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 70 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás información de la lista de espera.
6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.
Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante las redes sociales del Team Nayarit (Facebook), Team Nayarit (Instagram), por correo rubik.nayarit@gmail.com o por WhatsApp haciendo clic aquí.
Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.
Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

Before registering, carefully read and follow the following steps. You must fulfill all of them:
1) Sign up or log in on the WCA website.
2) This competition has a limit of 70 competitors, so check if there are still available spots in the Competitors section.
3) If this is your first official competition, you can proceed to step number 4:
- If you have already participated in another official competition and have your account linked, you can proceed to step number 4.
- If you have already participated in another official competition but haven't linked your WCA ID, follow the steps in the following video to link your account, and then proceed with the registration.
- If you have competed before and your WCA ID is not linked, your registration will not be accepted. Please take note of this.
4) On Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 7:00 PM GMT-7 (America/Mazatlan), or 8:00 PM GMT-6 (America/Mexico City), go to the Registration tab, select your categories, and click on "Register."
5) Check your email, including the SPAM folder. If you are among the first 70 competitors, you will receive an email with the information and details. If the limit has been reached, you will receive information of the the waiting list.
6) Once you have completed the steps indicated in the email, your registration will be accepted.

Para llegar al Museo Interactivo de Ciencias e Innovación de Nayarit recomendamos las siguientes opciones:
- Transporte público de la ciudad (cabe destacar que el precio del boleto es de $10, el boleto se paga directamente al chofer al momento de abordar la unidad, es importante mencionar que si eres un estudiante, no importa que sea una escuela de otro estado, siempre y cuando cuentes con credencial de estudiante vigente y la muestres al abordar podrás pagar un boleto de estudiante, cuyo precio es de $5, aplica tanto para camiones como combis)
- Servicio de transporte como Uber, DiDi o inDrive (el precio de la Central al Museo oscila entre los $50 y $70), no recomendamos tomar taxis en la central o alrededores ya que podrían tener un costo más elevado.
Museo Interactivo de Ciencias e Innovación de Nayarit
A continuación te mostramos algunas alternativas para llegar de distintos puntos de interés a la sede en transporte público:
Central de Autobuses Tepic -> Museo Interactivo
No hay un transporte público que lleve directamente desde la Central de Autobuses Tepic a las puertas de la sede, sin embargo hay un camión que te dejará a aproximadamente 500 metros (5 minutos caminando):
Saliendo de la Central a la izquierda hay un farmacia llamada "Sufacen", en esa farmacia se paran los camiones de nombre "Mololoa", este camión hará el siguiente recorrido, tendrás que bajarte en la Coca Cola de la Av. Aguamilpa.
Una vez en la Coca Cola, habrá que caminar por la Av. de la Salud hasta llegar al Museo Interactivo, este sería el recorrido.
El tiempo estimado de llegada sería de aproximadamente 30-40 minutos en transporte público y 15-20 minutos en Uber, Didi, inDriver o taxi.
Centro de Tepic -> Museo Interactivo
En la Plaza Principal del Centro de Tepic se encuentra el Mercado Juan Escutia, por aquí pasa la combi Hospitales Centro-Cantera 2 la cual hace el siguiente recorrido, tendrás que bajarte en el Hospital Puerta de Hierro, el cual está justo en frente del Museo Interactivo, por lo que solamente habrá que cruzar la calle.
El tiempo estimado de llegada sería de aproximadamente 20-25 minutos en transporte público y 10-15 minutos en Uber, Didi, inDriver o taxi.

To get to the Interactive Museum of Science and Innovation of Nayarit, we recommend the following options:
- Public transportation in the city (it's worth noting that the ticket price is $10, and you pay the fare directly to the driver when boarding the vehicle. If you are a student, regardless of whether you attend a school from another state, as long as you have a valid student ID and show it when boarding, you can pay a student fare of $5. This applies to both buses and vans.)

Interactive Museum of Science and Innovation of Nayarit
Here are some alternatives to reach the venue from different points of interest using public transportation:
Tepic Bus Terminal -> Interactive Museum
There is no public transportation that goes directly from the Tepic Bus Terminal to the entrance of the venue. However, there is a bus that will drop you off approximately 500 meters away (5 minutes walking):
When leaving the terminal, on the left side, there is a pharmacy called "Sufacen." The buses named "Mololoa" stop there. This bus follows the following route, you'll need to get off at the Coca Cola on Av. Aguamilpa.
Once at Coca Cola, you will need to walk along Av. de la Salud until you reach the Interactive Museum. This would be the route.
The estimated travel time is approximately 30-40 minutes by public transportation and 15-20 minutes by Uber, DiDi, inDriver, or taxi.
Tepic Downtown -> Interactive Museum
At the main square in downtown Tepic, you'll find the Juan Escutia Market. The Hospitales Centro-Cantera 2 van passes by here, following the following route. You'll need to get off at Puerta de Hierro Hospital, which is right in front of the Interactive Museum, so you only have to cross the street.
The estimated travel time is approximately 20-25 minutes by public transportation and 10-15 minutes by Uber, DiDi, inDriver, or taxi.

In Tepic, GMT-7 (America/Mazatlan) is used, while in the central part of the country, GMT-6 (America/Mexico City) is used.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
