No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

3. Anmeldegebühr: Die Anmeldegebühr beträgt 14 Euro und wird direkt nach Ausfüllen des Anmeldeformulars via Stripe auf dieser Website bezahlt. Hierfür ist der Zugang zu einer Kreditkarte notwendig.
Wichtig:
* Ohne Zahlung ist die Anmeldung nicht vollständig! Das Ausfüllen des Anmeldeformulars reserviert deinen Platz vorläufig. Erfolgt die Zahlung spätestens innerhalb einer Stunde nach Anmeldung, werden Teilnehmer in Reihenfolge ihres Anmeldezeitpunktes akzeptiert, ansonsten zählt der Zeitpunkt des Zahlungseingangs.
* Da Stripe direkt in das WCA-Registrierungssystem integriert ist, ist eine Zahlung erst nach dem Ausfüllen des Anmeldeformulars möglich. Getätigte Zahlungen werden dann automatisch zugeordnet.
* Falls das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du nach vollständiger Anmeldung inklusive Zahlung einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Danach erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte.

2. Registration form: Fill out the registration form and submit it.

Informationen für Neulinge
Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:
- Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vor zu zeigen (Regulation 2e)). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.
- Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial (siehe Zeitplan) teilzunehmen.
- Jeder Teilnehmer sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich empfehlen wir euch einen Blick in das WCA Competition Tutorial bzw. unsere deutschsprachige Teilnehmer-Anleitung. Dort findet ihr wichtige Infos zum Ablauf und zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb. Weiterhin bietet zum Beispiel auch dieses Video-Tutorial einen guten unterstützenden Einblick.
- Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.
Bei Unklarheiten oder wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.
Live Ergebnisse sind über WCA Live verfügbar. Nach dem Wettkampf werden alle Ergebnisse in die Datenbank der WCA hochgeladen, und auf dieser Seite einzusehen sein.

Newcomer information
If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:
- According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.
- All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial (see schedule).
- Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial. We also recommend this video guide for a more visual impression.
- Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.
Feel free to contact the organizer if you have any uncertainties.
Live results are available via WCA Live. All results will be uploaded to the WCA database after the competition, and will be available right here.

Anreise: Die Venue kann sowohl mit dem Auto als auch dem ÖPNV sehr gut erreicht werden. Wer mit dem Auto nach Delmenhorst anreist, kann kostenlos auf den Graftwiesen parken (ca. 500m Entfernung zum Marktplatz). Alternativ kann auch im City-Parkhaus geparkt werden, was allerdings kostenpflichtig ist (ca. 200m Entfernung zum Marktplatz).
Der Bahnhof Delmenhorst wird von der Regionalbahn (NordWestBahn) und vom IC bzw. ICE angefahren. Der Fußweg zur Venue beträgt ca. 500m.
Unterkunft: Das City-Hotel ist die zentralste Unterkunft zur Venue. Im umliegenden Kreise befindet sich das Hotel-Restaurant Thomsen (ca. 3 km entfernt), die Pension zum Burggrafen (ca. 2 km entfernt), das Hotel Baldus (ca. 3,5 km entfernt) und das Hotel zur Riede, welches direkt an der A28 liegt (ca 3,5 km entfernt). Es gibt auch einige Unterkünfte auf AirBnB.

Arrival: The venue can be easily reached by car or public transport. Anyone travelling to Delmenhorst by car can park for free on the Graftwiesen (approx. 500m from the market square). Alternatively, you can also park in the city car park, although this is no free parking (approx. 200m away).
Delmenhorst train station is served by the regional train (NordWestBahn) and the IC and ICE. The walk to the venue is approx. 500m.
Accommodation: The City Hotel is the most central accommodation to the venue. In the surrounding area there is the Hotel-Restaurant Thomsen (approx. 3 km away), the Pension zum Burggrafen (approx. 2 km away), the Hotel Baldus (approx. 3.5 km away) and the Hotel zur Riede, which is directly on the A28 (approx. 3.5 km away). There are also some accommodations on AirBnB.

Am Samstag ist auf dem Marktplatz von 7:30 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr der Wochenmarkt. Alternativ bekommt man Snacks und Getränke im Koopje Citymarkt von 7:30 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr oder im Aldi Nord hinter dem Bahnhof von 7:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr. Wer lieber richtige Mahlzeiten zu sich nehmen möchte, kann in diversen umliegenden Restaurants und Imbissen fündig werden. Ihr könnt natürlich auch euer eigenes Essen und Getränke mit in die Venue bringen.

On Saturday there is a weekly market on the market square from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Alternatively, you can get snacks and drinks at the Koopje Citymarkt from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or at Aldi Nord behind the train station from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you prefer to eat real meals, you can find what you're looking for in various surrounding restaurants and snack bars. Of course, you can also bring your own food and drinks to the venue.
Additionally, supermarkets are closed on sundays!

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
