付款完成後請務必到「付款通知Google表單」填寫，團隊確認後會將您的報名註記完成，到這一步才算是完成報名程序。
接著團隊會以付款通知Google表單填寫的時間順序來排定正式核准的報名名單順序，若人數累積已超出本場比賽的人數上限時，將會依序擺入候補名單中，待有人取消時，將從候補名單中移入核准的報名名單。
請注意!!，填寫「付款通知Google表單」為完成報名的必要程序，未完成此報名程序的參賽者，將無法被移入到核准的報名名單。

候補截止時間過後，若是您還是在候補名單，團隊將會通知您退款事宜。

After completing your payment, please make sure to fill out the "Payment Confirmation Google Form". Once the organizing team has confirmed your payment, your registration will be marked as completed. Your registration is only considered complete after this step.
The organizing team will then determine the order of confirmed registration based on the submission time of the Payment Confirmation Google Form. If the total number of approved registrations exceeds the limited competitor number, additional competitors will be placed on the waiting list in order. When a approved competitor cancels their registration, competitors from the waiting list will be moved into the approved competitor list accordingly.

Please note!! Submitting the "Payment Confirmation Google Form" is a required step/process to complete your registration. Competitors who do not complete this registration step/process will not be eligible to be placed in the approved registration list.

Once the deadline for Waitlist to Accept List is closed, the organizing team will contact you for the process of refund.

If you are unable to do bank transfer to our local bank account, you are allowed to choose "I am a oversea participant, and I will pay cash at the venue" , then proceed to send out the form, you will be considered completing the registration by this way."

6/18 23:59 (UTC+8)以前聯絡我們取消報名，已付款項的100%扣除手續費後的款項將會退還給您。
6/19 00:00~7/10 23:59 (UTC+8)之間聯絡我們取消報名，已付款項的50%扣除手續費後的款項將會退還給您。
7/11 00:00 (UTC+8)之後將不退款。

報名後更改比賽項目

您可以在7/11 00:00 (UTC+8)以前聯絡我們要求更改報名項目並對應金額更改。
金額差異會在比賽當日以現金處理。
您必須聯絡我們才能更改比賽項目

Refund

If you contact us to cancel your registration:
before 6/18 23:59 (UTC+8), 100% of the paid amount, excluding handling fees, will be refunded.
between 6/19 00:00 and 7/10 23:59 (UTC+8), 50% of the paid amount, excluding handling fees, will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued after 7/11 00:00 (UTC+8).

Change of Event after Registration

You can contact us before 7/11 00:00 (UTC+8) for a request of update registered events and modification of the payment.
The payment difference will be handled by cash on the day of the competition.
You must contact us for to update your registered events.

1. 初次參賽者請先註冊WCA帳號，登入帳號來進行報名，名字請務必以下的形式來登錄。
2. 請正確地輸入參賽者的全名拼音，並和護照上拼音相同，若沒有護照，請參考外交部領事事務局的外文姓名中譯英系統。 禁止隨意輸入拼音，綽號，其他別名等。例如 周杰倫 ，請輸入 Chieh-Lun Chou 。而不是 Jay Chou（別名）、Chou Chieh-Lun（姓名相反）或chiehlun chou（沒有大寫）。
3. 可在拼音名後面加入中文名稱(非必須) 例如：Chieh-Lun Chou (周杰倫)
4. 如果您沒有登錄您的全名拼音，您的成績將沒辦法被登錄。
5. 請在WCA帳號中正確輸入 出生年月日/性別/區域
6. 必要時，WCA代表有可能會要求出示相關證件來確認資料正確性。
7. 比賽成績正式登錄後，名稱/性別/區域將會在個人頁面公開，照片為任意。 (例如：https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/persons/2012WUZH01)

1. For first-time competitors, you must register a WCA account first. Login the account for registration.
2. Please input your legal name or the name you prefer to be called in real life. Last names must be legal last names when registering your WCA account.
3. You may put your localized name with brackets, for example, Hanako Yamada (山田映奈子)
4. If you only input your localized name without the romanized name, your results cannot be registered in the database.
5. Please register your correct DOB/Gender/Region in the WCA account.
6. When necessary, the WCA Delegate may ask for document proof to support the data of the registered personal information.
7. After completing your first WCA competition, your name/gender/region will be public information on your personal page (example, https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/persons/2012PARK03)

Regarding the safety of minors during the event, including but not limit to saftety at the venue and transportation to and from the venue, we kindly ask that parent(s)/guardian(s) understand that you are responsible for supervising your children at all times.

• 請自行妥善保管貴重物品及個人物品，相關風險需自行承擔。主辦團隊對比賽期間的任何遺失或失竊概不負責，且不會保管比賽結束後發現的遺失物。
• 如遇天災或其他不可預見的情況，比賽可能在沒有WCA代表在場的情況下舉行，因此可能無法被認證為正式的 WCA 比賽。在此情況下，恕不退款。
• 在極端情況下，比賽可能會於比賽前短時間通知比賽中止。

Please note the following before registering/participating in the competition.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the WCA Privacy Statement. The competition results, names, region, genders, etc. will be public on the Internet.
• All competitors should be familiar with the WCA Regulations.
• Photos and videos taken during the competition may be used on the social media platforms and websites of the competition organizing team.
• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from parents/guardians.
• Check-in hour is 7/25, from 08:00 to 09:00. Please arrive during registration hours. If you are unable to complete check-in during the designated time, you may be disqualified (Regulation 2k1). If you have special request regarding the check in timing, pleaes contact us in advance.
• Please manage your own valuables and belongings at your own risk. The organizing team will not be held responsible for any loss or theft during the competitions. The organizing team will not store any lost items found after the competitions.
• In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the competition may be held without a WCA Delegate present, in which case it may not be sanctioned as an official WCA competition. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• In extreme condition, the competition may be canceled at short notice.
