¡BIENVENIDOS AL MACRO MONTERREY 2022!
Torneo oficial que se realizará en el Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey, lugar emblemático de la capital regiomontana que tiene más de 100 años de existencia en los que tuvo varias funciones, como ser la sede del gobierno municipal, y siendo actualmente el hogar de resguardo de 300 piezas históricas.
Ahora, pasa a ser el sitio oficial para esta competencia que es la segunda parte de la Ruta Regia.
Te invitamos a formar parte de este torneo que se celebrará en el centro de la ciudad, que será abierto a todos los participantes que deseen competir. Esperamos que puedas asistir.
Todos los competidores deben estar familiarizados con el reglamento de la WCA al participar en esta competencia.

Official tournament that will take place at the Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey, an emblematic place in the capital of Nuevo Leon that has existed for more than 100 years in which it had many functions, such as being the place of the municipal government, and currently has 300 historical pieces.
Now, it becomes the official place for this competition, which is the second part of the Ruta Regia.
We invite you to be part of this tournament that will be held in the center of the city, which is open to anyone. We hope you can attend.

Cómo llegar a la sede y zonas aledañas
El Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey se ubica en el centro de la ciudad, y está instalado justo al frente de la Macroplaza. A sus alrededores hay diversos tipos de comercios y negocios a los que acudir, sin mencionar zonas o lugares turísticos.
Una gran ventaja de esto es que el metro de la ciudad te deja prácticamente a cuatro minutos caminando de la sede, es por ello que lo recomendamos como el principal medio de transporte para llegar a este torneo, además de que es el más rápido y barato en ese sentido.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: El 5 de diciembre se anunció el cierre temporal de la línea 2 del metro desde la terminal Sendero hasta la estación Niños Héroes, si requieres tomar el metro desde alguna de esas estaciones, tendrás que optar por alguna alternativa. (si eres foráneo/a no hay problema ya que desde el aeropuerto y la central no pasas por este tramo)
La estación que te deja más cerca del Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey es la de Gral I. Zaragoza de la Línea 2.
En caso de que seas foráneo/a y solamente llegues a este torneo desde el aeropuerto existe una ruta que cobra 15 pesos en efectivo, que te deja sobre la estación Y Griega de la Línea 1 de donde puedes partir y trasbordar para llegar la sede. Si llegas desde la central de autobuses tan solo bastará que camines unos metros hacia la estación Cuauhtémoc y tomes el vagón en la Línea 2 (subterránea) con dirección a la estación Hospital Metropolitano y bajarte en la estación Gral I. Zaragoza.

How to arrive
The Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey is located in the center of the city, and is positioned in front of the Macroplaza. In its surroundings there are several types of shops and businesses to go to, not saying tourist places.
A great advantage of this is that the city's metro leaves you practically a four-minute walk from the event, which is why we recommend it as the main means of transport to get to this tournament, in addition to being the fastest and cheapest in that sense.
The station that leaves you closest to the Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey is Gral I. Zaragoza on Line 2.
In case you come from another state and arrive at this tournament from the airport there is a bus that charges 15 pesos in cash, which leaves you at the Y Griega station on Line 1 from where you can depart and transfer to get to the competition. If you arrive from the bus station what you have to do is walk a few meters towards the station Cuauhtémoc and take the subway car on Line 2 (underground) towards the station Hospital Metropolitano and get off at the station Gral I. Zaragoza.

Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.
1) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 60 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.
2) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.
3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAid, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAid no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.
4) A partir del día 29 de octubre a las 10 P.M. CDT entra a la pestaña registro, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".
5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 60 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 48 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.
6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.
7) Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante la Fan page Cubing Monterrey o por correo macromonterrey2022@gmail.com.
8) Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.
9) Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.

4) On October 29, 2022 at 10:00 PM CDT enter to the register tab and select your events:

* Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 60 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
* Hasta el 11 de noviembre, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
* Después del 11 de noviembre, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
