The base registration fee for this competition is 3,000 ₸ (Kazakhstani Tenge).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 4,000 ₸ (Kazakhstani Tenge).
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of 1,000 ₸ (Kazakhstani Tenge).

ATTENTION!!!
1. if a minor participant stays on the championship independently, then parents, relatives or guardians must bring him in person and pick him up personally at the end of the competition day. At the same time, parents, relatives or guardians must provide an ENTRY-AGREEMENT, that they bear full and personal responsibility for the safety of the minor party left unaccompanied.
2. Puzzles for competition must have distinctive marks by which the owner can easily identify them (for example, scratched initials or the name on the inside of the removable center cap).
ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
1. Если несовершеннолетний участник остается на чемпионате самостоятельно, то родители, родственники либо опекуны должны привести его лично и забрать лично по окончании соревновательного дня. При этом родители, родственники либо опекуны должны предоставить ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ-СОГЛАСИЕ, о том что они несут полную и личную ответственность за безопасность несовершеннолетнего участника оставленного без сопровождения.
2. Головоломки используемые в соревнованиях должны иметь отличительные отметки, по которым их легко может идентифицировать владелец (например: нацарапанные инициалы или имя с внутренней стороны съемной крышки)
Стоимость участия зависит от количества дисциплин, в которых Вы будете участвовать и даты совершения платежа.
В случае оплаты участия на месте проведения, стоимость участия будет выше на 1000 тенге.
1 дисциплина: 1 000 тг
от 2 до 4 дисциплин: 3 000 тг
от 5 до 8 дисциплин: 4 500 тг
оплатив взнос Вы получаете:
- сертификат участника,
- бэйдж участника,
- сертификат 500 тенге в интернет-магазине MEGACUBE.KZ (если приобрели билет новичка)
- сертификат 1000 тенге в интернет-магазине MEGACUBE.KZ (если приобрели билет 1,2 категории)

Как оплатить взнос для участия и вход для гостя и зрителя:
1. Зайти на сайт kecenter.kz
2. Нажать кнопку "Купить билет на KSF Pavlodar City 2019"

4. Зайти в корзину в правом верхнем углу и нажать на кнопку "Оформление заказа"
5. Ввести данные участника
6. Поставить галочку рядом с "Я прочитал Правила и условия и согласен с ними"
7. Нажать подтвердить заказ
8. Ввести данные от своей карты, либо выбрать "оплата через Kaspi Gold и ввести номер квитанции

1. Все участники (гости/зрители не принимают участие) чемпионата могут принять участие в розыгрыше 3-х ТОПовых кубов MoFangGe. В день чемпионата при регистрации Вам выдадут купон, который необходимо собственноручно поместить в специальный барабан расположенный в зале участия. Розыгрыш будет проходить после финала 3х3х3. Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
