FIRST TIME COMPETITORS

All newcomers are required to read WCA First-time Competitor Guide document to familiarize yourself of the popular WCA regulations used to govern WCA competitions. Additionally, please read the Judging Tutorial for Newcomers

When you arrive at the competition venue, kindly follow the following steps:
1. Head to the registration table and sign on the competitor masterlist.
2. Get your Certificate of Participation, Event Schedule and grouping/officiating Team Assignment. You will be assigned to officiate at some point during the competition so be sure to take note of your assignement to avoid being disqualified. As per WCA Regulation 1e2, all competitors must be ready to officiate when called or assigned to. Declining such assignment merits disqualification at the discretion of the WCA Delegate.
3. Go inside the venue hall and wait for the competition to start.

🧭 How to Get to Jumbo Jenra Sindalan

Below are two common routes for participants traveling by bus and jeepney.

Important Note: Using Google Maps as a guide would help you greatly

🚍 Option 1: Via Clark / Angeles City

Step 1 — Take a Bus to SM City Clark

Ride any bus going to Clark.

Common bus lines include Victory Liner, Genesis, and other Clark-bound buses.

Step 2 — Ride a Jeep to Jenra Angeles

From SM Clark, ride:

Purple Jeep (Checkpoint – Holy Angel University – Highway Angeles)

OR

Gray Jeep (Checkpoint – Balibago – Holy Angel University)

Then stop at:

📍 Jenra Grand Mall Angeles
⚠️ Note: This is NOT the same as Jumbo Jenra Sindalan.

Step 3 — Ride a Jeep to Super 8

From Jenra Angeles, ride:

🟡 Yellow Jeep (Villa Pampang route)

Stop at:

📍 Super 8 Grocery Warehouse Angeles

Step 4 — Ride Final Jeep to Venue

From Super 8, ride:

⚪ Silver Jeep (Angeles – San Fernando route)

Then stop at:

📍 Jumbo Jenra Sindalan

🚍 Option 2: Via San Fernando

Step 1 — Take any San Fernando Bus

SM City Pampanga

OR

Robinsons Starmills Pampanga

Ride any San Fernando–bound bus.

Step 2 — Jeep to Dolores / Intersection

From the mall terminal, ride a jeepney going to:

Step 3 — Transfer Jeep to Sindalan

From Dolores, ride a jeepney going to:

Calulut, or

Sindalan via JASA (Jose Abad Santos Avenue)

Then stop at:

📍 Jumbo Jenra Sindalan

✅ Travel Tip

Tell the driver:

“Baba po ako sa Jumbo Jenra Sindalan.”

Most drivers on the Angeles–San Fernando and Sindalan routes already know this landmark.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

The online registration fee for this competition will be Php 250.00 inclusive of 1 event of your choice. An additional Php 50.00 will be added on top of the base registration for each event you want to add.

Events can be edited after registering. Additional fees will be collected in case the competitor adds an event.

Registration fee will cover the following:

1. Competitor ID
2. Certificate of Participation

Additional freebies will be given in the venue if available.

The registration fee is non-refundable, including when deleting an event.

1. Please indicate the NAME of competitor in message tab in GCash app before sending payment. Failing to do so might revoke your registration as it is non-refundable.

3. Slots are secured via payment-first system. Once you've paid, wait for the organizer to approve your registration. Thank you!
