参加者が申込数が定員の200名に達した場合、すでに申し込みをしているのに競技者一覧に表示されていない方はキャンセル待ちとなります。キャンセル待ちの繰上げは11月20日（月）まで行いますので、もし都合がつかずキャンセルされる場合は、なるべくお早めにご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。500 Yen for each additional event.
We accept payment only with cash at the entrance.
In case competitors are over 200, you will be placed on waiting list. If a competitor cancels until 20 Nov, we will register the person who is on the top of the waiting list. If you will not participate this competition, please tell us.

FMCについては前の週に開催されるFMC ASIAの国内での優勝者を日本チャンピオンとし、
Japan Open 2017ではFMCは行いません。
※カットオフと制限時間について
・カットオフ
Average of 5形式の種目では最初の2試技、Mean of 3形式の種目では最初の1試技で1度もカットオフタイムをクリアできなかった場合、以降の試技を行うことができません。
その場合、単発記録は残りますが平均記録はDNFとなります。
・制限時間
制限時間を超過した試技は中断されDNFと扱われます。
・複数目隠しの制限時間について
挑戦個数1個につき10分かつ競技開始時間から1時間以内です。
（例）2個であれば20分、5個であれば50分で、6個以上挑戦される場合は一律60分となります。
[How to get WCAaccount] If this is the first competition, you need to get WCA account.
この大会の参加申込みをするためには、WCAアカウントが必要です。
WCAアカウントとは、WCA ID と連携した WCA サイト上でのアカウントです。WCA アカウントを作成することで、WCA プロフィールに写真を追加したり、大会に申し込むことができます。
今まで大会に参加したことがない方も、WCAアカウントを作成して、申し込みをしてください。WCAIDは公式大会に参加後、自動的に作成されます。
〇アカウントの作成方法
１ アカウントを持っていない方は、WCAページの右上にあるログインを選択し、「アカウント登録」を選択してください。
２ メールアドレスおよびパスワードを記入し、WCA公式大会に参加したことのある方は、「WCA公式大会に参加したことがあります」を、初参加の方は、「WCA公式大会に参加したことがありません」を選択してください。（選択しないとアカウント登録ボタンが有効になりません。）
３ 【公式大会に参加したことがない方】氏名や生年月日等を記入してください。（氏名や生年月日は一度登録すると、変更の際に確認等が必要となります。記入の際はご注意ください。また虚偽の登録が発覚した場合は、記録抹消や一時的な参加制限などの措置が取られる可能性があります。）
生年月日を選択する際は、「2月 2017」などの部分を選択すると、月や年の変更が可能です。
全てが入力できましたら、アカウント登録ボタンを押してください。記入漏れなどがある場合は、エラーが出ますので、再度正しい情報を記入してください。（完了しましたら５へ飛んでください。）
４ 【公式大会に参加したことがある方】ご自身のWCAIDと生年月日を記入してください。連携する場合はWCA代理人による本人確認が必要です。
WCAIDは、WCAページの検索（Search site）にお名前（例：鈴木、Suzuki）などを入力すると検索結果が出ますので、そこから確認してください。2006SUZU03や2005SUSE01などがWCAIDとなります。
もし認証依頼後、3日以上認証がない場合はお手数ですが、お問い合わせ（info@jrca.cc）まで連絡してください）

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
