Ice Cube Tijuana Open 2023 es la Octava competencia oficial realizada en la ciudad de Tijuana en el estado de Baja California
Este evento es reconocida como una competencia oficial de la Asociación Mundial de Cubos. Por lo tanto, todos los competidores deben estar familiarizados y entender el reglamento de la WCA antes de la competencia.
Ice Cube Tijuana Open 2023 is the Eighth official competition held in the city of Tijuana in the state of Baja California
This event is recognized as an official competition of the World Cube Association. Therefore, all competitors must be familiar with and understand the WCA regulations prior to the competition.

There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $280 (Mexican Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 40% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $300 (Mexican Peso).
Any spectator can attend for free.

-Si ya has asistido a otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes saltar al siguiente punto.
-Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAId, realiza los pasos del siguiente vídeo Como reclamar WCAid2.- En la Pestaña de Registro selecciona tus categorías y cantidad de acompañantes
3.- Realiza el pago de $280 MXN* ( docientos ochenta pesos 00/100 MXN) mediante Stripe (se requiere tarjeta de débito o crédito). Tu registro no está completo hasta que hayas realizado el pago
*El registro se llevará a cabo del 1 de Octubre al 31 de Octubre del 2023.
*Si la competencia aun no alcanza su límite de competidores (60), se aceptaran registros In situ (en el lugar del evento) únicamente el día 11 de Noviembre con un costo de $300 (trescientos pesos 00/100 MXN ) mediante transferencia bancaria o efectivo.5.- Corrobora que aparezcas en la pestaña de Competidores

-If you already have your WCAid connected to your WCA Account, you can skip to next step.
-If you have already participated in another official competition, but your WCAid is not connected to your WCA Account. You can claim your WCAid following the next video HOW TO CLAIM WCAid2.- In the Register tab, choose your events and guests
3.- Pay the registration fee $ 280 MXN* ( two hundred and eighty pesos MXN) by Stripe. Here your registration is not completed until your registration fee has been paid
*Register will take place on October 1st and ends on October 30th.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
- Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 60 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
- Hasta el 10 de noviembre , cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
- Después del 10 de noviembre, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
- Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:
- If the limit of 60 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a spot on the waitlist.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
