Torneo oficial a realizarse en Huancayo. Los resultados de este torneo ingresarán a la base de datos y al ranking de la WCA, y quienes participen por primera vez adquirirán un perfil oficial.
Este torneo ofrece las categoría 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 3x3 a una mano, 3x3 a ciegas, Clock, Pyraminx, Megaminx, Skewb y Square-1. Dichos eventos se llevarán a cabo desde las 9:00 hasta las 18:00 los días sabado 18 y domingo 19 de marzo del 2023.

LIMITE
El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 60. Recomendamos completar el registro con la debida anticipación.
El registro se cerrará cuando el límite de participantes se alcance o en su defecto el mismo día del torneo.
COSTO
El costo de la inscripción es de 5 soles de base y 5 soles por evento (Ver detalles de pago más abajo), el cual servirá para cubrir los gastos del torneo y la tarifa de la WCA que rige desde marzo del 2018.
REGISTRO
La participación en este torneo requiere de la compleción exitosa de los siguientes requisitos:
1. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
2. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar la pestaña Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formato de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
3. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí. Es importante escribir cuidadosamente los nombres, fecha de nacimiento o demás datos. En caso de no hacerlo de la manera correcta, serán rechazados. Para competidores que participan por segunda vez es necesario que hayan reclamado su WCA ID.
4. El pago se podrá realizar de dos maneras:
a. En la tienda Astoria Cubos, ubicada en la Galeria Astoria Plaza, calle Real 1050, stand I.
b. A través de las plataformas Yape o Plin (Para Huancayo u otras provincias), previa coordinación con Fernando Gutierrez a traves del número 921922435.
5. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.
El registro se considera completo cuando se ha completado el registro electrónico y se ha hecho el pago.
RECORDAR que no hay devolucíon del dinero una vez pagado, así no asistan a la competencia, no insistir por favor.
RESULTADOS PRELIMINARES
Los resultados preliminares, y los clasificados a rondas posteriores, se podrán ver casi en tiempo real en WCA Live.

En vista de la cantidad de inscritos en algunas categorias, queremos hacerles llegar que se tomaran algunas alternativas para cubrir algunas rondas que en el supuesto caso que no lleguen a la cantidad de inscritos puedan ser reemplazadas con otras que si llegaron a la cantidad.
- Si Clock o 3x3 Blindfolded no llegase a la cantidad minima de competidores: Se reemplazará con una segunda ronda de Skewb o 5x5.
- Si Clock y 3x3 Blindfolded no llegasen a la cantidad minima de competidores: Se reemplazará con una segunda ronda de Skewb y una segunda ronda de Square-1 o 5x5.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
