In 2004, the first official German speedcubing competition was held: German Open 2004. The German Open have been held almost every year since and the German Open 2023 continue this traditional competition series! We would be happy if you'd join us and we hope you will enjoy the competition and have fun!

There is a competitor limit of 120 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €10 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.


ENGLISH

Competitors must register in advance. To register for this competition, complete the following two steps:

  1. Fill and submit the registration form.
  2. Pay the registration fee of 10 Euro by clicking on this link and proceed with the payment via Paypal. Please enter the name of the competitor in the final step of the payment procedure.

Competitors may request changes to their registration (adding or removing events) by email only before registration closes. Registered competitors may also cancel their registration and will get 50% refund if done at least two weeks before registration closes.

If the competitor limit is reached, further registrations will be put on a waiting list. Once registered competitors cancel their registration, people on the waiting list will be accepted first come, first serve until registration closes. Afterwards, no further competitors will be accepted and everyone on the waiting list who did not make it will receive a full refund.

Guests do not need to register in advance.

GERMAN

Teilnehmer müssen sich vorab anmelden. Um dich für die Competition anzumelden, musst du die folgenden zwei Schritte abschließen:

  1. Fülle das Anmeldeformular aus und schicke es ab.
  2. Zahle die Anmeldegebühr in Höhe von 10 Euro via PayPal indem du hier klickst. Bitte gib den Namen des Teilnehmers im letzten Schritt der Zahlungsprozedur an und schließe diese ab.

Teilnehmer können bis zum Ende des Anmeldezeitraums eine Änderung ihrer Anmeldung (d.h. Hinzufügen und Entfernen von Events) per E-Mail anfragen. Angemeldete Teilnehmer können ihre Anmeldung stornieren und erhalten bis zwei Wochen vor dem Ende des Anmeldezeitraums 50% der Anmeldegebühr rückerstattet.

Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit erreicht wird, werden weitere Anmeldungen auf eine Warteliste gesetzt. Bis zum Ende des Anmeldezeitraums rücken Personen auf der Warteliste in Reihefolge ihrer Anmeldung nach, sobald ein angemeldeter Teilnehmer seine Anmeldung storniert. Danach werden keine weiteren Anmeldungen akzeptiert und Teilnehmer, die sich noch auf der Warteliste befinden, erhalten eine volle Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühren.

Eine separate Registrierung für Gäste ist nicht notwendig.
