The base registration fee for this competition is $U200 (Uruguayan Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.

On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $U300 (Uruguayan Peso).
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of $U150 (Uruguayan Peso).

Esto es un hibrido entre una competencia oficial de la World Cube Association y un evento/exposición de cubos. La competencia de la WCA en sí misma es gratuita, pero es obligatorio tener una entrada para el "Evento al Qbo".

Es de extrema importancia la puntualidad respecto al evento, y además sugerimos estar al menos 15 minutos antes de cada ronda. Esto es necesario ya que en caso contrario el torneo podría sufrir retrasos.
TODOS LOS COMPETIDORES DEBERÁN ASISTIR AL REGISTRO Y PRESENTAR UN DOCUMENTO QUE ACREDITE SU IDENTIDAD (preferiblemente Cédula de Identidad). Los competidores menores de edad deben concurrir acompañados por un mayor o traer una autorización firmada por un adulto responsable.
Es obligación de los competidores estar familiarizados con el Reglamento de la WCA.
Es necesario que todos los competidores conozcan el reglamento y se involucren ya sea colaborando como jueces, runners y/o scramblers, ya que de lo contrario no es posible llevar la competencia a tiempo.
En caso de llenarse el registro, es recomendable que las personas en la lista de espera se mantengan atentas por si se libera algún lugar o si alguien no se presenta el día de la competencia.

El competidor es la única persona responsable de que los resultados en la hoja de resultados:
- Sean correctos.
- Sean legibles (si un número no se entiende bien, debe pedirle al juez que lo arregle antes de firmar el intento).
- Está firmado tanto por el juez como por el competidor. Penalización por firmas que faltan: descalificación del intento afectado (DNF).

This is a hybrid between a WCA competition and a cube event/exhibition. The official competition itself is free of charge, but you must acquire a ticker for "Evento al Qbo" in order to participate.
More details regarding the registration to the WCA competition may be found in Pago / Payment.
It is extremely important to be on time for the event, and we also suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before each round. This is necessary because otherwise the competition could experience delays.
ALL COMPETITORS MUST ATTEND THE REGISTRATION AND PRESENT A DOCUMENT VALIDATING THEIR IDENTITY (preferrably ID). Underage competitors must be accompanied by an adult or bring an authorization signed by a responsible adult.
It is mandatory to know the WCA Regulations, please read them thoroughly.
All competitors must be available to help as a judge / runner / scrambler as stated in the WCA Regulations.
We recommend that people on the waiting list remain alert in case a spot becomes available or if someone does not show up the day of the competition.
The competitor must make sure that the results on the scoresheet are:
- Correct, complete, properly formatted, and clearly readable.
- Signed by the Judge and the Competitor. Penalty for missing signatures: Did Not Finish (DNF).

Los competidores deberan pagar una entrada diferencial para "Evento al Qbo" hasta que se complete el cupo de 100 participantes o bien finalice el período de registro.
Quienes no lleguen a hacerlo quedarán en la lista de espera e irán eventualmente entrando por orden de registro a medida que se liberen lugares.
Los competidores en lista de espera con posibilidades de obtener un lugar, serán notificados por correo electrónico.
Los competidores podran registrarse a la competencia el mismo día, solo si quedan puestos disposibles, con un costo de $300 pesos Uruguayos.
La compra de la entrada para competidores ($200 pesos Uruguayos) se realiza a través de Web Uchi.
Los acompañantes no deben registrarse al torneo oficial, pero sí deberán registrarse al "Evento al Qbo". Aquí pueden adquirir sus entradas los acompañantes.
Solo se harán devoluciones del dinero a quienes no hayan sido aceptados.

Competitors must pay a differential ticket for "Evento al Qbo" until the quota of 100 participants is reached, or the registration period is over.

Guest must not register for the official competition, but they still have to acquire tickets for "Evento al Qbo". Here you can acquire your guest tickets.
Money refunds will be only made to those who have not been accepted.

Según la regla 2s, los competidores con diversidad funcional que se vean impedidos de cumplir con una o más reglas de la WCA, pueden solicitar adaptaciones especiales al delegado de la WCA. Los competidores que requieran estas adaptaciones deben ponerse en contacto con el equipo organizador y el delegado de la WCA al menos dos semanas antes de la competición.

As per regulation 2s: "Competitors with disabilities that may prevent them from abiding by one or more WCA regulations may request special accommodations from the WCA Delegate. Competitors requesting such accommodations should contact the organization team and WCA Delegate at least two weeks before the competition.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
