On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $40,000 (Colombian Peso).

La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:
- El valor de la inscripción es de $20.000 hasta el 3 de noviembre, de $30.000 despues del 3 de noviembre, y de $40.000 in situ.
- Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
- Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
- Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
- Hacer el pago de la inscripción a la cuenta de Nequi 3208002968.
- Enviar comprobante de pago al Whatsapp 3208002968 con el nombre completo del participante ya registrado en la WCA en el torneo.
- Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.

The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
- The registration fee is $20,000 COP until November 3, $30,000 COP after November 3, and $40,000 COP for on-site registration.
- Being familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
- Carefully choosing the events. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs and limits in mind.
- Registering online completing the process here.
- Paying your registration to Nequi account 3208002968.
- Sending a screenshot or an image of the receipt through WhatsApp to the number 3208002968 with the competitor’s full name after he/she is already registered on the competition website.
- Waiting for your registration to be approved online.

Este torneo cuenta con una categoria no oficial de relevos. El torneo por relevos será de los cubos 2x2, 3x3, Pyraminx, Skewb y Clock, y se hará por equipos de 3 personas.
Dos competidores resolverán dos cubos cada uno y el otro competidor resolverá uno. Pueden repartirlos como quieran.
Por favor enviar un mensaje al WhatsApp 3213696800 con el nombre del equipo y sus integrantes. Los tres deberán estar aprobados en el torneo para que su equipo sea aprobado.
Habrá medallas para los mejores tres equipos.
El día del torneo se proporcionarán más detalles sobre cómo se realizará el evento.

This tournament has an unofficial relay category. The relay will consist of 2x2, 3x3, Pyraminx, Skewb, and Clock cubes, and will be done in teams of three.
Two competitors will solve two cubes each, and the other competitor will solve one. They can distribute them up however they want.
Please send a message to WhatsApp 3213696800 with the name of the team and its members. All three must be approved in the tournament for their team to be approved.
There will be medals for the top three teams.
More details on how the event will be held will be provided on the day of the tournament.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
