The base registration fee for this competition is $150 (Mexican Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 40% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $200 (Mexican Peso).

2. Registro de Eventos
En la pestaña de Registro, selecciona solo los eventos en los que deseas participar y pulsa el botón de Registrarte.
El evento tiene un costo de $150 pesos Mexicanos pero cualquier donación extra voluntaria nos ayudará a mejorar esta competencia e impulsar más competencias.

3. Obligaciones del Competidor
Al registrarte en la competencia, aceptas cumplir con las obligaciones de staff (como ser juez, corredor o mezclador). De lo contrario, podrías ser descalificado.
4. Problemas con el Registro
Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate inmediatamente con el equipo organizador enviando un correo a bajacubingoficial@gmail.com.
5. Aprobación de Registros
Ten en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente, por lo que puede que tu registro no sea aprobado de inmediato.
6. Confirmación de Competidores
Corrobora que apareces en la sección de Competidores.
7. Revisa tu Correo
Permanece atento a tu correo, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier actualización de la competencia. Los horarios pueden ajustarse una vez que se complete el registro.
8. Importante: Si no Puedes Asistir
Si no estás seguro de poder asistir, evita hacer el registro y permite que otro competidor tenga la oportunidad de participar.

3. Competitor Obligations
By registering for the competition, you agree to fulfill staff obligations (such as being a judge, runner, or scrambler). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
4. Registration Issues

5. Registration Approval
Please note that registrations are approved manually, so your registration may not be approved immediately.
6. Competitor Confirmation
Make sure you appear in the Competitors section.
7. Check Your Email
Stay tuned to your email, including the SPAM folder for any updates regarding the competition. Once registrations are complete, schedules may be adjusted.
8. Important: If You're Not Sure You Can Attend
If you're not sure if you can attend the competition, avoid registration and allow another competitor to register.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
- Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 50 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
- Hasta el 19 de abril , cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
- Después del 19 de abril, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
- Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
- Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:
- If the limit of 50 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a spot on the waitlist.
- Until April 19th, any competitor can cancel their registration and allow the first person on the waitlist to take their place.
- After April 19th, you will be removed from the waitlist and all competitors on the waitlist will receive a 100% refund.
- Being on the waiting list does not in any way guarantee obtaining a place in the competition. No competitor on the waiting list will be able to participate on the days of the competition.
- If you are on the waiting list, you can request a 100% refund of your payment at any time by email.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
