The base registration fee for this competition is $8 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Puedes llegar utilizando transporte público y privado desde todos los puntos de la ciudad de Mérida, las paradas de Bus se encuentran en frente del Centro Comercial.
El sitio es de fácil acceso y ubicación. Se encuentra en la Calle 19 con esquina de la Av. 6 en la ciudad de Mérida
La competencia se llevará a cabo en la feria de comida del Centro Comercial, el lugar posee sanitarios y zonas de comida.

You can get there using both public and private transportation from anywhere in the city of Mérida. The bus stops are located right in front of the shopping mall.
The site is easy to access and in a central location. It is located on 19th street at the corner of the 6th Av. in the city of Mérida.
The competition will take place in the mall's food court, the place has bathrooms and food court.

▪️ Es importante que los competidores nuevos que desconocen un poco la dinámica, lleguen a tiempo para poder estar presentes en el Tutorial para Nuevos competidores. Recordemos que el desarrollo de la competencia depende de todos los participantes.
▪️ Tutorial para jueces y Tutorial para competidores, para que tengan idea de qué hacer cuando lleguen a una estación en caso de que sea llamado a actuar como juez y para cuando pase a competir. Igualmente, toda esta información se impartirá antes del inicio de la competencia.
▪️ Padres, representantes y público en general, debe permanecer a una distancia mínima de 1.5 mts. del área de resolución.
▪️ Los competidores deben estar presentes al momento de ser llamados en la competencia.
▪️ Los cubos electrónicos (smartcubes), cubos con fibra de carbono, no están permitidos en la competencia.
▪️ Los competidores que asisten por primera vez deben llevar su identificación oficial (Cédula, Pasaporte, partida de nacimiento).

▪️ It is important that new competitors who are not familiar with the dynamics arrive in time to be present at the Tutorial for New Competitors. Remember that the development of the competition depends on all the participants.
▪️ Tutorial for judges and Tutorial for competitors , to give you an idea of what to do when you arrive at a station in case you are called to act as a judge and as competitor. Likewise, all this information will be provided prior to the start of the competition.
▪️ Parents, representatives and the general public must remain at least 1.5 meters away from the competition area.
▪️ Competitors must be present at the time of being called to the competition.
▪️ Electronic cubes (smartcubes), carbon fiber cubes, are not allowed in the competition.
▪️ Competitors attending for the first time must bring their official identification (ID card, passport, birth certificate).
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
