The base registration fee for this competition is $20,000 (Colombian Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.

On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $35,000 (Colombian Peso).

📌 REQUISITOS DE REGISTRO AL TORNEO

La participación en este torneo requiere cumplir con los siguientes pasos:

1. El valor de la inscripción para uno o todos los eventos es de $20.000 COP hasta el 2 de Mayo. Desde el 3 de Mayo el valor sube a $30.000 COP, y desde el 8 de Mayo hasta el día del torneo aumenta a $35.000 COP. También hay disponibilidad de inscripciones en sitio el día del torneo.
2. Es obligatorio conocer y respetar el Reglamento oficial de la WCA, ya que este es un torneo oficial.
3. Elegir los eventos con cuidado después de revisar las pestañas de Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de ronda, cortes y límites.
4. Realizar la inscripción electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
5. Hacer el pago de la inscripción a la cuenta de Nequi 3173758165 a nombre de: Juan Felipe Gómez López.
6. Enviar el comprobante de pago por WhatsApp al número 3173758165 (Juan Felipe Gómez López) junto con el nombre completo del participante (tal como aparece registrado en la WCA).
7. Esperar la confirmación para que el registro electrónico sea aceptado oficialmente.

📌 TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Participation in this competition requires completing the following steps:

1. The registration fee for one or all the events is 20,000 COP until May 2nd. From May 3rd the fee increases to 30,000 COP, and from May 8th until the day of the tournament it increases to 35,000 COP. On-the-spot registrations are also available on the day of the tournament.
2. All competitors must know and follow the official WCA Regulations, since this is an official competition.
3. Carefully select the events after reviewing the Events and Schedule tabs. Pay attention to round formats, cutoffs, and limits.
4. Register electronically by completing the process here.
5. Make the registration payment to the Nequi account 3173758165 owned by: Juan Felipe Gómez López.
6. Send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to +57 3173758165 (Juan Felipe Gómez López) along with the full name of the participant (exactly as registered in the WCA).
7. Wait for confirmation to ensure that your electronic registration is officially accepted.
